I have bought chicken breast twice in this past week alone that was definitely expired. I had to return them right after purchasing. It might be a good idea to put out fresh food instead of old chicken "on sale". At this point I don't care for a deal I just want edible food. They do not even put out fresh chicken as an option all the chicken on the shelves is old and marked down. I will no longer be shipping at this store. I spend almost $800 a month at this store alone how can they not have better quality foods. And to the automatic response, I will not reach out to anyone I just want people to know what type of store this is

I shopped at this Jewel in the past but I visited this location recently and was repulsed by what I saw. I was picking up naval oranges and lemons and the fruit was unequivocally rotted through. I thought it was sitting in water until I took a closer look and saw the cavity of several bags of lemons exposed in both the oranges and the lemons. The health inspectors need to visit this store and close them down until they can get their produce together. Not only is it unsanitary it’s disheartening. I drove from Chicago to visit this location. Please note that these are all different bags not 1 bag, the fluid you see of from the cavity being exposed and open for who know how long.

Close and convenient to us and price is decent when you can catch stuff on sale or BOGO. Do check your receipt, if you use the Jewel Osco app. We've noticed the clipped coupons items sometimes ring up incorrectly and often. Today, we had 10 corn @ $0.19/ea max 10 that rang up full price, same with onions @$0.49/lb max 4lbs and some cucumbers that were $0.49/ea max 4, they rang up full price. Please tell me that I'm not the only one that ran into these issues.
Love the friendly staff that are willing to help, all five stars minus the stated pricing issues we've encountered often with the app not applying the discount.

Watch your receipts! Bait & switch electronic coupons for produce. Not the 1st time. Oranges clipped for $.99/lb. Charged $8/3lbs. Assistant Mgr refused to resolve or didn't know what to do. He was not very informed of how the electronic couponing system functioned. I spend $350/every 1.5 weeks in this store. I will take my business back to Mariano's. Last purchase was $16.99 for 4 oranges. How greedy do you intend to push? Caveat Emptor!

I called regarding a missing wallet, the employee Megan was extremely rude and put me on hold for 5 minutes before the phone got hung up. I called back and asked the same question only for her to respond in a rude way saying, “we don’t have any lost wallets.” I’ve been coming here for years but now I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else if this is how employees treat customers.

The store is usually clean and organized but sometimes the checkout line are long, they moved alot of items to different aisles

Cashier was nice and friendly, store was well stock however when I enter the store 3 employees were talking ans a flat bed was sitting in the middle and I had to walk around it and I was acknowledge.
