Plenty of parking, it's clean, organized, and the staff are helpful. The fried chicken from this Jewel is also pretty good.

If anything is on sale be sure you check the dates because most of the time they are already expired. Customer service is horrible. I waited 40 minutes to get lunch meat and prices are outrageous. I don't think they could move any slower if they tried No management around to help. Two people working lunch meat counter on a Sunday it's ridiculous. I have spoken to the Manager on several occasions, to ask for more help at deli counter. Everytime Im here, it's the same story, long wait, crazy prices, not nearly enough help. I will be spending my hard earned money somewhere else.

This is a summer berry lemonade. I spend $7 for this watery thing, only has ice only 5-6 boba.I asked him after he said they don’t have any more boba but they should have let me know that they don’t have enough boba for the drink very disappointed.

Have shopped at the Oak Lawn location for decades and the changes to the environment and some employees stand out. I placed a catering order and arrived to pick it up. The order was ready, I paid for it and went back to department to retrieve food. Food was placed in a cart and staff handed it off to me. No problem. Deli and catering staff were great.
I approached the exit door and the cart wheels locked up and alarms on the door went off. An employee standing to the side of the door with a remote activated the locking wheels and alarm. There are other customers exiting the store with catering orders and purchases with no problem. As I begin to pick my items up and abandon cart the employee approaches and asks for a receipt. My receipt is in my hand. Before I raise the receipt she unlocks the cart, laughs and walks off. I understand shoplifting is a major issue, but an apology would have made the situation bearable. This experience has made me find another grocery chain to shop.
If it’s such an issue trusting customers paid for orders go back to the orange “paid” stickers placed on items in carts to avoid a bigger problem. Customers should not enter your store, spend money and have to deal with an employee that is unhappy about her life choices.

Don’t know about others but having bad experiences shopping at Jewels food stores.Have shopped at this Jewels several times in the past six months. Experiences were not good. Experienced rudeness ,disrespect ,inappropriate behavior from employees; Dont think safe to shop or park there. On one visit A black male employee tried to hit on me in store. On another visit I was almost knocked down while entering store by store employees trying to apprehend shoplifters. While loading groceries in my car in parking lot, a car with dark windows (possible carjacker)pulled directly up to my Driver’s side. On my recent ,Last visit, store employee retrieving shopping carts from parking lot, approached my car, and without asking; started taking my groceries from my shopping cart placing them in backseat of my car. As he was putting my groceries in my car He started a strange conversation:talking loud , incoherent,hollering at times ,and said “I told her she wasn’t doing it right to move right”!.I stood by my car in shock,thinking something is terribly wrong here. I WONT be coming back to this location.

CustomerService is ok. Ever since they remodeled, they seem to have less selection. Also, it always seems like whenever they do carry what you're looking for, it is almost never in stock. Their prices have definitely gone up.

Horrible Experience!! Purchased Chicken on Cheap Chicken Monday's... Also, purchased a Pkg. Of Kings Hawaiian rolls. My Mom opened them and ate one. I went to get one of the rolls and noticed that it was MOLD ON THE ROLL! Just purchased! I'm livid! I will only get one Mother in life; and here's Jewel Foods trying to kill her with Poison King Hawaiian Rolls!

Stopped at the pharmacy to pick up meds. One wasn't ready. I stated I'd come back. The pharmacist Snuhu (?) saw my poor mobility & said, "don't move". At 1st, I panicked since I hadn't been rung up. Yet, she filled the missing prescription in less than 5 minutes & sent me on my way. She didn't have to be that kind. I was emotionally touched. Thank you!!!
