Hello,The store was clean ,strawberries looked very dry as well as the the vines on the grapes, I no longer buy ANY fruit from this Jewel anymore because of that. Also, on 9/11/2023 I noticed a woman of color waiting at the service desk , she waiting for like five minutes ( from 9:10-9:15a) before someone came to help her. The cashier working at self check out saw her standing at the CSD yet she did not ask her did she need any help nor did she call anyone to the CSD to assist the woman. The store was not busy at all so why the poor customer service for the woman waiting at the CSD ?

Horrible customer service ....store itself is great ...but when the app gives you coupons but the Regsiter doesn't take them off, I pointed it out to the cashier. She then called over the manager BJ ....he's no help at all and doesn't even listen to the problem but instead says the computer must be correct w a smirk on his face. After a few minutes of trying to explain the receipt screen to the him and the cashier, and listening to his no help answer (since he still wasn't even taking the time to listen to me explain), I told him he was being highly condescending ...but he wants to disagree and go back and forth about it instead. A few staff need some Customer service training there ASAP!

At the deli, on 8/18/22 at 5:55, sister Ggolden hair, the only employee working the counter, went on lunch without saying a word to the 6 customers. We were left standing there wondering what happened. Finally another rude employee stepped up.Whe leaving the store 15 minutes later, I saw sister golden hair walking from Portillos with her lunch. ?

Finishing up a full day of errands; the smell of fall is truly in the air. Pumpkin spice everywhere. There are also Halloween goodies calling my name. I grab a 12 pack of Voo Dew, which is Mountain Dew's mystery flavor. Wish me luck. I also grab a bag of the new Cheetos; chili cheese queso.

This store could be a multi million dollar business for Jewel but they refuse to staff at one person in the deli and peak hours not anybody to check out like her totally employees who don't wanna deal with anybody but themselves please add employees to the most amazing deli please add employees to stocking the shelves please add employees to the lottery machine

Terrible customer service staff very rude staff makes small threading remarks "now you gonna get it" because I forgot a doordash order? And the women from last time had to come up because it made her feel better or something I do door dash at this place all the time I'm sorry if I miss a bag atleast im a good dasher and will always come back to complete the delivery. the customer service at this place is honestly sick me Looking at your guys reviews speaks for it racial profiling it's honestly sad that you guys do not care about what goes on in the store .

Thought I would give this Jewel another try and will not make this mistake again. I signed into the site at 11:30 AM to place an order for delivery. The next available delivery time was after noon the next day. Sorry, but that does not seem reasonable to me. I did not place the order. This has to be one of the worst managed Jewels in the area. (And that is saying something.)

This store is generally pretty clean and they usually have most of what I’m looking for in stock. It seems like I end up spending less here than Mariano’s. The produce is generally ok, sometimes they leave rotting produce on the shelf which spoils all the rest. Overall it’s a decent store though.

This location is significantly better than the 103rd and Kedzie location. The location is obviously larger and has a better and diverse selection. You can almost always expect a large amount of fresh cooked chicken. To be honest the chicken is the only prepared hot food I get because it's freaking delicious. Occasionally they have a wing special on game days and it's a great deal. Their taco dips are always fantastic. Their desserts more specifically the fresh baked cookies are amazing. Everyone has always been very helpful when I've shopped and even though there are 4 grocery stores closer we regularly go here.
