We absolutely love our State Farm agent, Jerry Carter and his office especially April! We have our home, renters, and car policies with them and they are always amazing when we have questions, issues, or if we just need a new copy of one of our cards. Anytime we talk to them we actually feel more like family. We know they care about us and genuinely take the time to do what is best for us! I trust them implicitly and always enjoy our conversations. If you are looking for a whole package, THIS OFFICE IS IT!!!

I cant express how difficult it can be shopping for car insurance. Ive called several places, tried several quotes with different people, agencies, and all around tried to "save a buck." Let me say that I didnt feel pressured to choose this company, but they offered a great deal of information when it comes to being insured for what you pay. Most companies will offer you the state minimum, and not provide you with the right type of coverage for what youre paying, but understanding where your money is going, and having the right coverage in case you are involved in an accident is a true piece of mind.
April is nothing less then super helpful with providing options for coverage amounts and what is recommended. It was really simple to get my car insured over the phone, its worth calling in to see about what options work best for you, and get the coverage you need!

I worked with April from State Farm and she made the experience easy and straightforward- in addition to offering us competitive rates. We were referred to State farm from another friend who is also very happy with Statefarm for insurance.

If you have a claim they will do some kind of investigation (as if you are a criminal) and try to fight you on it. All of a sudden, you become the enemy. We no longer trust them. They do not want to pay you or help you. We are dropping this agent asap because when we really needed them they didn't help us.
