This bank stinks!Manager wouldn’t allow endorsed checks to be deposited into account for “liability” reasons. Manager also acts like he’s got a god complex. This location is a joke

Huntington bank is nothing but a scam and false advertisement I can’t wait till my check clears because I will be closing all my accounts with them. Even with a draft check they still putting holds and not making any funds available from a $5200 check. This bank is a straight up scam dude.

Yea, NO!!!! This Bank Branch is the pits and their attitudes here shows just that. The other one on Pulaski and 103rd is like night and day. They have 4.2 stars compared to this one with 2.9. The assistant branch manager the Black woman Ivette Jackson attitude is the worst and not my only time dealing with her laziness and rude display of attitude especially sitting in her drive up. Today however she was forced out of her chair to deal with my issue and she was sure to let me know she hated to get up to tell me no since relayed it thru her employee. I contacted customer service and issued a complaint and went to another branch and handled my business there when she would not cash an endorsed check. The 1-800 number said I was allowed to, so what was her beef!!! I would like to say I will never return there but, maybe I will so she has to force a hospitable smile on her face when she sees me again!!!...Sorry Miss Jackson!

Started working with one of their loan officers - Victor N - on an SBA loan and after starting the sba loan process and exchanging emails and calls for a couple weeks I was ghosted. He wouldn’t respond to my emails or pickup my calls. Terrible customer service.

Visting this bank is like stepping back in time.- all the tellers are bitter acting older women. NEVER a smile, never a kind word. They give the impression that they are doing your a favor! Furthermore, when you contact customer service no one returns calls!Their motto should be " Service with an attitude." Diversity, inclusion, and equity mean nothing here.
