I had a 7am oil change appointment with Quicklane and 8am appointment with Napleton Ford Dealership Service Department for engine check. Somewhere in between my upper engine cover was lost. I contacted the the management multiple times about it and noone even called me back or replay to my emails. It has been over 2 weeks.
Cover is missing, engine still makes abnormal noise and ofcourse I was charged close to $250 for diagnostics even that car is still on warranty.
THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE
