I had my car checked out for a steering noise and was told it was a safety issue. I specifically asked the service advisor if it was just a noise or did I need to get it fixed as it cost a lot of money to fix a 2 dollar part. He stated it was a safety issue and since it was the car my wife drives with my children I got it done. I later contacted Hyundai corporate to inquire and was told it was not a safety issue at all. I explained what happened and they said I could file a complaint against the dealer and I should hear from them within a week. It’s been almost 8 weeks and I haven’t heard a thing. I would never take my vehicle back here after being lied to and paying a lot of money to fix a noise that I was told was a safety issue with the steering column.

Never had any issues until now. Car barely has any miles as it’s hardly driven and they of course recommend expensive services. They waited until my car was already being washed to tell me I needed my cabin filter replaced and it would result in an additional $84 to replace. I was told my fluids would be topped off after I specifically asked them to check my fluids. They told me they were great and they topped them off. But my fluids are the exact same levels they were before I went in. Now I’m nervous about my oil so I’m going to make sure they actually put oil in my car. Yet their service department keeps calling asking if I want to upgrade my vehicle and get an appraisal of my current one. No Thank You!
