If I could put 0 stars I would. Please don't go here. They will rush you out of the store. They will be little you and make you feel bad in using there packaging service. Also both my packages worth over $2,000 was severely damaged. Customer support sucks too. I would never use FEDEX AGAIN. ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!!!

I've had a package for a while that I've needed to return but have not been able to get it posted. Luckily I happened to have it with me when I passed this FedEx shipping center since it would have been ignored for a while longer. I only came in for the shipping and it was quick and easy; I was in and out within two minutes. The employees were friendly.

Horrible customer service!! I told the front desk person that I just dropped off a package yesterday which was Saturday night and she said right off the bat that the package was already picked up without looking it up on the system. Good thing I had printed out a current tracking info which showed that it was still in the store. After showing it to her, she found it right away. Although I was in front of the line, she put everyone ahead of me and was unwilling to help. The Fedex online info re: rates and Express Saver were not up to date. The other front desk person told me that the rates online were not the rates. The first rep didn't look happy.

This place is still staffed by useless people that stand around looking at each other without acknowledging customers. However, they do have a self-serve kiosk which I discovered. I was in and out without having to deal with the laziest employees in the area.

Ordered an item from Walmart.com and it was damaged. I was instructed to drop it off at the nearest FedEx facility which was this location. I found a parking spot and entered the facility. I was greeted promptly by a lady named Lisa who was professional, courteous and nice. She explained that she was going to print a label after scanning the QR code and that I'll get a receipt for transaction with a tracking #. I read multiple reviews about how unprofessional this facility was/is. Well I can say I got superb service by a lady with sum "funky" glasses(lol). U rock Lisa!!

So I've never really had a good experience here with customer service, and the employees, and everyone I've expressed this to has agreed 100% with me. I'm not sure why these employees act the way they do as if they're fed up with their job or don't want to see any customers.. they're constantly huffing and puffing at the customers. Manager needs to retrain everybody here it's ridiculous.

The people that work here are literally people who can care less about your time. Not considerate at all. I walked in 5 minutes after I don't get treated but I listening at the Manager staring by the register on the shipping side, " you say something" is what she directed to the gentleman working on the other side next to another young lady employee. The guy just looked at her and the manager asked again out loud " did you say something" as if he had nodded or said something under his breath about what she was saying. Not a good work environment if you ask me. Then she said hi sorry we can't help you yet because we have to process this rush packages now and it's 10:15 when I walked in. I guess not good on time management. As I walk towards the printing section another women helped me, saying that no attachments could be printed. So she directed me to the picture printing area. In which the cable was ripped cables sticking out the iPhone plug to print. I said do you have another cable or can I bring my own. She stated no and then I said well I'll email it to printandgo.com, I come back to the counter and she says when I clearly asked her early in the conversation I needed this article and other items printed in color with picture paper. And 8x10. She says I don't have picture paper I only have glossy paper and only 5 x another number. So I walked out and said to them they need to listen to the customers needs and let me know what's available before spending 40min inside trying to print something important. Horrible please run away from here unless you dropping off and go.

Had to send a BIG box out of town to a family member. Fast, friendly and professional service; I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Which was amazing considering the line behind me.

The worker in the store shouted at me and told me she would not answer a single question until I moved into another part of the store. Another worker intervened. Then they told me my print order was not ready and the email confirmation could not be true. After a few minutes they found the order. Poor service and not very helpful. Won't be going back!

Fed Ex is the worse delivery service in business. The just don't care if you receive your package. At seniors buildings, we dread it when know that our medical supplies will be possibly left outside, and some of the delivery people lie about making deliveries. I won't buy from any business, that uses fed ex! They my medical supplies was left on a bench. I checked, no supplies, which doesn't surprise me at all!

Brought in a pre-paid labeled box with FedEx SmartPost Shipping purchased through eBay. The employee could not scan the clearly printed label and his manager instructed me to take it to USPS (c.4pm on 11/20/20. I did and now it's missing. (The manager could've peeled back the clear packing tape covering a 1/4" of the bar code or typed in the corresponding code number, but even w/no line, he couldnt be bothered I guess...)

Usually the employees are in the backrooms just sort of hanging out during down times. During busy times the lines are hilariously long. You should probably service yourself if you can but FedEx's printing software is slow and buggy. Also make sure to get in the right line or you can accidentally double your wait time. Can't ask questions because they're in the backrooms. I give four stars because after finally getting my online order I received a compliment by a nice employee that switched stations to service me. Very kind!
