Poor service. Had a problem at register. Cash supervisor was rude, Manager was unhelpful and could care less. I shopped there every week, now I'm done. Bad service should not be rewarded with custom. They all need training in communications, problem solving and customer service. Especially customer service. Pull it together folks. I can tolerate bad service but poor behavior just makes it worse. I worked in retail sales for many years and they need help.

Everyone that works there is always in good spirits! You feel welcomed, taken care of and appreciated. Not only do they have the freshest produce and a wide selection of products but they truly make you feel loved in that store.

I have never been a fan of Fairplay. Over the years, I have found them to appear dark, dirty, and dingy. However, my husband loves the store on 87th Cicero. My few visits have been very pleasant. The security guard really takes note of regular customers. He is always gracious and polite. The store is neat and well kept. The employees are also really nice. It may annoy impatient customers,but I love how the cadhiers engage you in small talk. It feels like going to a small neighborhood grocer. Thank you, Fairplay, for considering the customer experience a priority.

Clean store great service it was crowded at the time of my visit and unlike other store they actually opened more checkout lines.

I would give a negative zero if I could. Store manager rudely hangs up on you when you call off and punishes you by taking hours away. Says a lot about this store and how unprofessional the leadership team is. I'm calling corporate to look into this location and the people who run the store.

Quality deli, but you wait at least 45 minutes if there are even two people in front of you. Otherwise, you have to be careful of expired products/fresh foods.

I was a worker there I got hurt by a guy this manager name Kevin was not professional at all and he called me a lier. Then I said I was quitting and they were happy. This place has supervisors that like to lie about their workers.

Good produce and meat departments. Great weekly sales. Well stocked.Clean. Well run. Can be very busy but the clerks are very efficient and friendly.

These people must have gotten their organizational skills from the Gods! They are so superb! Shopping has never been easier. No stress whatsoever! From shopping to the bill everything is just so organized! They also have wonderful sale items all the time! Just do a sales to save money! Most items are in stock always! I just love them! I just love them immensely! I believe this is a god-given absolutely wonderful store!

Good store. Has okay produce, not as good as Jewel Osco produce, but some selection. The variety of cereal, snacks, chips, pizzas, and ice creams are "off the chain" lol. I come here for frozen veggies that I can't find at other stores like okra, specialty flavor ice creams and ice cream bars, breakfast foods, and items for baking. Can't wait to visit this week! Ps they play some nice grocery store classic songs that are before my generation but add a reminiscing touch to power me through my grocery haul.

Fairplay deli jumbo sandwiches are truly a gem I love. You can have 3 meats and 2 cheeses. It's truly a great thing!

I am a worker there and i was messing around with my supervisor stella and i always mess around and joke with her but today was much much different i had 15 minutes left on my shift she told me to go outside and i was like but i’m leaving soon (in a joking matter) and she said idc go outside and i have a smile on my face bc i know i’m joking and i’m like i don’t wanna go outside and she turns around and says go clock out ur done i’m like why she’s like bc ur attitude i’m done with it first off i didn’t have an attitude
