I rented a car the I pointed that the window was cracked and it has ben fixed previously he said no worries when I was driving the cracked window started to expand when I took the car back thay made me pay for a new window it's not fair even thay know it was cracked and the filled it

After needing my car repaired and in need of a rental I was referred to Enterprise Oak lawn there Keith whom was my service agent kindly listen to my need of a rental car. Everyone there was very attentive to my needs and other customers there too, all with a welcoming smile and willing to help. Shout out to Keith whom went above and beyond his call of work. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ENTERPRISE OAK LAWN!!! Ask for Keith.

I needed a rental car twice this year and Enterprise helped me out so much. I was able to continue working and doing my daily activities and I just want to say thanks to both Enterprise Oak Lawn locations (4700 SW Hwy and 6801 W. 95th St)

First they claimed they didn't have my car reservation which delayed the body shop repair on my personal vehicle. I rescheduled then on that day I called saying I'm on my way to pick up my rental and they claimed they didn't have my reservation AGAIN! After I went off on them they tried to upsell me on a more expensive car! I said no way why would I do that when the insurance company is paying for my rental! Then they gave me a dirty car that smelled like a dog! Plus the car was overheating and had a warning sign on the dashboard! I had to bring the car back and exchange it for another! What a hot mess location! NEVER AGAIN!

I had a great experience with your location in Oak lawn. I reserved online but Kevin called to let me know everything i needed before coming in which was a first for me. It was extremely helpful! When i came in i was pleasantly greeted by Christopher and he was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and informative. He got me in a great vehicle and had me out in no time. When bringing the vehicle back Kevin assisted me and was extremely kind and had me checked out in a timely manner. I’ve used this location in the past but this experience has by far been the best, stress free , A1 customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time! Thank you Chris and Kevin! I will be back thanks to your great service!

Lara was amazing throughout my whole experience! From walking into the door to bringing the vehicle back! Customer service was above and beyond as she made sure if I had any questions while I had my vehicle that I could reach out to her! Great job Lara! I’m making this location my go to for ALL my rental!

Love this place. They are very friendly and helpful. I will say that the person that was helping us this time, every time we asked him a question, he had to ask his manager. Not sure that this is the "norm", but wanted to mention it.

I had a reservation made by my insurance company. Enterprise called to confirm at 0900. and I said I would be in later to pick up a car.. At 1200, I was told they no longer have any cars and it was up to me to find one by calling all the surrounding Enterprises. No other assistance was offered. What's the point of a reservation?

Overall, I came in signed off on my paperwork. Checked out body and interior of vehicle and was on my way. It would have been nice if the seats weren't dirty but I actually cleaned them myself. Otherwise the Overall experience was Awesome . I will be back

Had to leave my suv at the shop for a repair. Original rental was a 2020 dodge journey that wasn't maintained well from the brookfield location. The next day I called the oak lawn location for a swap out. They had a 2023 chevy malibu in mint condition ready for me within less than 2 hours. Definitely recommend this location.

Patrons of Enterprise Rent-a-car located at 6801 W. 95th Street in Oak Lawn please be advised of the fleet of junk cars released for rentals. I have been a patron for several years, but this location is the worst ever. For the last two times I’ve rented/reserved a vehicle it’s been problematic. The last time I reserved a mid-sized car, I was given a small clown like car seemingly from a circus. On August 10, 2023 I reserved a standard car. Not only was it filthy, but as the rain fell after traveling several miles I discovered the wipers were bad. I called the store and was advised to return the vehicle for another car. I concurred. Upon my return and loss of time, I was given another car. It was even filthier than the first. There were no mats present. In addition, it was scratched, dented and the back bumper was a little detached. The staff made notes of the condition and being inconvenienced from the first car being returned, I accepted the second. It was a bad idea. I hit the highway and within two hours the bumper began to shake violently. I stopped at a gas station and asked for some tape to hold it together. As I continued my trip on the highway the bumper shook until part of it dislodged and flew off. It caused other drivers to sway the path of the flying piece. I am so angry that they knew this vehicle needed repair and rented it anyway for profit. In 2013 I purchased a used vehicle from this company and was well pleased. Somehow Enterprise lost ALL concerns for customer satisfaction. I am stuck in another state with a damaged vehicle after returning the first one I reserved. Customers STAY AWAY from this particular location. Their vehicles are not sanitized or inspected and very dangerous for highway driving. On August 9, 2023 I took the vehicle back (one day early). The madness continued with the manager Cameron. As I explained the horrible experience I had, he had the nerve to deny It. He was rude, condescending and gave me word for word being confrontational. I was so angry I was ready to grab him. I continually asked him to finish the return transaction in silence because he wouldn’t shut up. He was a condescending jerk. I didn’t even get a refund for bringing the car back a day earlier. It was a good thing I dropped my son off at work because Cameron would have been in trouble from talking to me as he did.

The young lady that took care of me with fantastic. She knew I was handicapped and she took me to 3 different cars to make sure I was comfortable in one. When we found one that I was comfortable in it was bigger than the one i was paying for. She said will still give it to you for the original price. It was so nice to have a young lady caring for A senior citizen with handicaps. Thank you very much for being a concern company.
