Accidentally tried to charge my wife $2301.54. Thankfully Chase called it out as fraud and it seemed it was an accident. Called to let them know in case it was a system issue and just denied the mistake.

Took my granddaughter‘s expensive quince dress there to be cleaned. when we dropped the dress off, she told us it would be three weeks to clean the dress. OK fine. Went there to pick up the dress. The dress was not even properly put in a garment bag. She gave me somebody’s used garment bag from a wedding dress look like the dress was just thrown somewhere in the back and rolled up because when we got it it had red lint on it. It was my fault. I should’ve opened up the dress when I was there to look at it. She told me it took two times to clean the dress this place is horrible. I will never take another piece of garment there again. Also, I have contacted my lawyer to put a lawsuit against her. Also, when I walked in the place smells like cigarettes, how can you people not see that this place is filthy?

The worst experience I ever had ! She was rude when I said Happy New Year…Put in the wrong zipper and refused to fix it. I called to explain and argued with me. Wow how are people in a business and DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE???

Mr. And Mrs. Kim are the owners of this business which has been serving the surrounding communities for many years now with a significant emphasis on customer service. These services include: sometimes extremely difficult time constraints, getting out unimaginable stains on delicate items, all while making the customer feel at ease knowing that they are trusting highly qualified with second to none skilled professionals in their industry! It is impossible to beat Christie's Cleaners, period!

I brought a bridesmaids dress to be dry cleaned, when I picked it up the stitching was completely undone. When I came back a second time to pick up the dress they completely stitched the wrong part of the dress where there was nothing wrong. The part that was ruined was still not fixed. They wanted me to come back a 3rd time when I needed the dress the next day. The owner was completely and utterly rude and tried telling me that the dry cleaning wouldn’t have undone stitching. She was arguing with me! sheesh so unprofessional.

told me $2/shirt. I told him I didn't want one of my shirts in the dryer and the other one I want to take and promptly out of the dryer. Neither shirt did I want starch or ironing. I came to pick them up they charge me $14 and they had starched and ironed both of them ruining them

Will never go again..... they had my work uniform and put a sign up stating they left early although I had same day pick up.....cost me time and money will not return! Been a 20 plus year customer but that did it!
