When I went there it wasn't busy at all, plenty of available employees. The place is clean, employees seem friendly. Lots of available parking.

This facility is a joke, the first time I was taken to an appointment 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and my bank account that I opened during this visit was deleted due to suspicion of stolen identity. The second visit didn't even take place because when I showed up for my appointment, it turned out that the lady I was supposed to see was not there. Of course, I didn't receive any information about it and I showed up to waste my time. Embarrassing

Have been a part of the Chase family for years. They have always taken good care of me. Usually bank on line. But whenever I need to go into a branch, they are ready to take care of all of my banking needs.

I am elderly and disabled, I went to the bank branch and talked to a woman banker and asked her for help because my account was hacked. She was extremely rude and mean and I left in tears. I didn’t have a up to date drivers license because I have been so Ill it expired but she didn’t have to treat me with such disdain. The license was clearly mine and shame on all of the managers that allowed her behavior. I will be changing banks.

Rude, unprofessional, and not willing to help out a loyal customer with them for over 10 years. This branch just lost a customer. What a shame.

Such a convenient location. The staff is friendly. Haven't had any issues. But then again I mainly use the atm.

This bank doesn’t like if you want to deposit multiple checks to your employees, when you enter if you have have a lot of checks you can see cashiers face :)) it looks like they don’t need money, i can prove with hidden camera if you guys need
