Very rude staff.Go somewhere else, to another Chase branch. By the way. I have been with Chase since it was named Bank One. Over 25 years ago.

They don’t care about you as a client and do not value your time. I went to the branch on Monday to get 2 pages notarized. They said nobody was available and to come back the following day any time. I asked to make an appointment and was told that no appointment was needed and I could come any time. I went there the following day and was told that no notary was available. Then after seeing I was really mad she found somebody who could do it and asked to take a seat for a few minutes. 15 minutes later a lady comes out and starts walking back of forth showing that she is not very pleased with having to deal with anybody. I just left and would never go back to this branch. Very unprofessional.

Asked for public notary after a long wait and was told yes then no I said ok could you please tell me what branch does have a public notary and Nonchalantly was told no I don’t know and walked away so I went to my car called another branch in the vicinity was told that the branch on major and 95th was the one with the public notary I’m like I am here and they say they don’t terrible service

I can understand now why the star ratings are so poor for this location as I was just on the phone with this branch. Immediately they transferred me to telephone banker (outside Illinois sounded like outside the United States) and he transferred me right back he was extremely professional. This branch however I cannot say the same for this location. As I'm explaining my situation of having a sewer backup she interrupts me saying the checks are settled for the day you deposited it already. I hate being interrupted because if I got to the point of the check never went into my account because my mortgage company didn't endorse check (I had no clue they were on check) she lets out a huge sigh like I was bothering her or something. My bad, had I known answering questions about my account was bothersome towards you I'd pull out my $ and bank somewhere where my business and my money are appreciated. I definitely will not come back to this location for fear I may snap on person and have police called on me because I have a hatred for disrespectful people

I came to get a paper notarized and was told by the teller and the notary that she had a 3:30 appointment and would be busy until they closed. Keep in mind that was at 3:32 pm when I was told this so the person was already late. As I sit here doing this review I can see through the window that her appointment still hasn't shown up and her notarizing my form would've taken about 5 minutes of her time. Also, if I didn't have to stand around waiting to be served I'm sure my business could've been handled. As a person who's banked with Chase for years I feel a certain way about this treatment especially since I had to drive out of my way to find the notary.

The girl in there is very rude!! My mother went to pay a bill and she was yelling at her!!! The girl should be fired!! My mother is 65 years old!!!!

If you're looking for solutions to any issue, do not go to this branch. I was turned away for asking for a letter from the bank to state that my account is in good standing (which it is). Turns out you have to call 800-550-8509 (M-F 7a-8p) to get a letter like that and the branch can't do it. Which is fine but I was not offered this option by the banker I was dealing with (Juan Solis) or the branch manager "Steve". I was simply told "Sorry we can't do that" and not offered any alternatives. I found out what I needed from the 800 number via customer service. Why do we even need branches anymore???? Unacceptable.

Here is my personal experience with this specific branch i went for cashier cheque and i had been other branches before for it they never charge me extra but when i went to this branch they told me they are going to charge me and when i told lady other branch never ask for any charge so she said you can go to other branch. I seen rude behaviour another time in this branch only and when i went to another branch as of my good standing and as their loyal customer they didn't charge for it. I have never complained about chase bani service but i definitely have complained about this specific branch. You should respect and care of your customers then and only then customers are going to give you business. Sorry but i never prefer to go this branch again even its nearer to my place.
