“This is our second time using American Carpet Distributors, and they will continue to be our go-to for any carpeting needs. This time we needed to install a carpet runner on our main staircase since the wood stairs were way to slippery for us and our aging dogs. I called and left a message, and Larry got back to me right away to set up time for a consultation. He came to my home and presented beautiful options and talked me through the different ways the runner could be installed. He gave me a very fair quote on site, and within a week and a half, we had brand new carpeting installed on our staircase. We were not forewarned that we would need to cut down all of our doors that no longer shut once carpet was installed. We asked the installer to stop edge before door and he did not understand us. Also he dented the metal edge trying to shut the door over it.”
