“It was like 15 minutes to close and I needed a car wash, but as I pulled up to the lot, the low tire signal popped up on my car screen. I asked one of the employees, Armando, if by any chance they had that service available, he stated no, but he had a portable air compressor and would help. After the car wash he fixed it, super grateful!! Thank you for going above and beyond, that kind of genuine customer service care deserves a promotion or raise, just sayinggg. Thanks again!”

“By far this is one my favorite gas stations to purchase gas. I have never had a problem at this particular station. I purchased gas today (pay at the pump) and was surprised to find I was charged an extra $10.00 on my receipt for a car wash after I returned home. Now, I know I did not select "yes" for a car wash. But I was charged for a car wash, which I DID NOT receive! I called the store to report it and the manager, Tracey, claimed she could not find that transaction anywhere in the system so I opted to go back to the station to show her what I was talking about via my receipt. Initially, I was rather disappointed at her reaction when I showed her my receipt and told her I did not get a car wash. Her response was, "I don't know what you got" as if I was lying. I politely told her to take a look at my car, which was right in front of the store window, "does it look like got a car wash?" You see, it had been snowing and raining all morning and my car was covered with ice and snow mix. She didn't respond to my question but she did ask me, "do you want one?" I told her, "no." Finally, she said she would refund my money back on my card and she did. She did give me a transaction receipt for my record. However, she never apologized for my experience and inconvenience; so I took the initiative to say "thank you", "I'm sorry for your trouble" because she did seem bothered. After reading LaToya M's. review, It makes me wonder... Anyway, for all who read this review- my advice is; please check your receipt before you leave the premises. Have a good day! Lovelyd”
