“My neighbor referred me here last Fall after they had a great experience. I needed help quick as my car was leaking some mystery liquid. Lambton's Auto did a full inspection and found several problems with my car (2009 with 120k miles on it, not parked in a garage for years, so no surprise there). They explained all the issues and walked me through what services they could provide. The price was pretty fair and all the problems they identified lined up with the year, mileage, etc. of the car. This was Nov 2022 and no problems with my car since. All staff were very friendly, good neighborhood people. As a woman, I did not feel taken advantaged of and will definitely return if needed in the future!”

“Official Towing of Oak Lawn is the best towing service there is. On Friday night February 16th around 10:00 PM, my car broke down in Forest Park across the street from the Walmart on Roosevelt & Desplaines. My engine shut off while I was driving due to my 3rd cylinder failing to compress; my car died in the middle of the road. I was trying to get road side assistance via my insurance but I couldn’t get through to a representative or towing service. After half an hour of sitting in a cold car while people are driving like maniacs around me (someone even hit my side mirror not even 10 minutes into parking) , a tow truck from Official Towing was exiting the Walmart and he saw us on the side of the road. He quickly put on his lights and drove over to us, talked to us and offered to give us a tow to a repair shop. He told us to sit in his truck while he gets everything situated so we could warm up. He recommended an auto repair shop in Cicero that is only 1 mile away from our home so the walk home wouldn’t be too bad. He drove us to my bank which was somewhat out of the way so we could pay him a very reasonable price. He made friendly conversation with us and recommended a restaurant that we passed by! He even called his boss to let him know that he would be late for his next assignment because he’s giving us roadside assistance; essentially, he made it very clear that we were a priority. I will make sure that I always utilize Official Towing anytime that I need a tow, and I will recommend them to anyone that needs assistance. I will forever be grateful for the help that they provided.”
