I was the second person in the drive thru and I submitted my transaction. While waiting, three other cars pulled up and was serviced immediately. I pressed the help button and I was told the order of the transactions were mixed up and they were sorry. However, if it happened with one car its ok, but it happened with two other cars. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was ignored and they continued to work. I have never been treated in that sort of fashion before and I am thinking its because of my skin color because the other three customers who was put ahead of me was white. Its sad we are now back in the 1800's

Do not go through the drive thru. It will take you 30 mins to do a normal transaction. There’s only one teller. This is the second time I’ve had to wait 20-30 mins to deposit money.

Bmo was one of my first banks.that helped me get into finance for my future. Thankfully the staff have been very helpful. Although the app may get errors time to time. They have treated me and mine right up front. Learning to bank with, this place took the time to help me sort everything I needed to know when I asked. Walk ins always thorough. Tube and atm sometimes issues but they get it running.

Not enough employees, lady was from another part in bank didn’t know what she was doing. Got my account and routing number wrong to hurry up and print something to leave to get off for work. This branch is terrible never experienced a bad BMO branch experience until coming here. Never again!

Banks do not care about the common people who use them. This bank changed their hours to 9-5 M-F, taking off 1 hour from Friday. So now I have to take time off work to go to my bank? Also, Google says the drive-through is open until 1 PM. Instead, I get here and they closed at 12 PM. Once again, they want hours convenient to the bankers not convenient to the people.

Saturday bank hours Lobby closes at 12pm, drive through closes at 1pm. At Bank 12:15pm and the drive through is closed. Not sure why they are close but this is just ruined my entire day. ATM only dispenses a max amount so I can't even pay for my event today. Absolutely so frustrating and wish businesses would just be open when they say they will. Hey post working hours daily so your customer don't get screwed.

I was at this location today trying to cash an echeck from my past employer that banks with BMO Harris also. Long story short I tried opening an account with the echeck I was cashing an the bank tellers were able to verify my echeck was legit by calling the employer that sent the check to me, but once the bank teller got confirmation he then went back to his branch manager an explained everything checked out, but the branch manager still denied me to cash the check even with verification was confirmed. Its unfortunate that this bank manager denied me due to a echeck that was very real and not fake. I understand there's a lot fraud and scamming going on, but she did not read the situation well, just quickly decided/judged me that this is suspicious. I will never bank or cash a check with them ever and beware going to this location if your a color person, because the branch manager may think of you in the incorrect way and deny you to open an account or cash a check.

Over the years Harris has cut back more and more on employees and their service is very bad. Esp. Through drive thru ...one person for lines and the same person services inside and outside customers. Long waits..

I went to put a check in the bank and the lady that helped me was very rude asked for credit card and ID for proof and then told me she has to call the owner the owner was on the phone with me and no one called him she said that I can not get a hold of the owner and handed me the check and said I am unable to help you

Extreamly slow service , you can call they will not answer , on drive threw you can wait 20 minNo one cares . They closed branch in Summit , and i think this one should be closed .
