I personally would not come to this location or open a bank account with BMO period. Try it and see for yourself. Locked debit cards withholdings of checks. One that was cashed into account then withdrawn from BMO. They took over 1,000 dollars and did not give it back to my husband for 3 weeks. Completely corrupt bank it should be illegal to do what they did. By the way check was good and did not bounce strictly an issue on their end and they could not explain when we went to the bank. Just told us it would take 3 weeks to get money back ????

I cannot believe the level of disregard for personal information and safety for clients. I went to close my account at 5151 W 95th St. Oak Lawn IL 60453 and Fuschia (relationship banker) took care of me. I was uncertain about closing it but she made me feel that it was the right thing to do. She had her personal cellphone next to the computer where all my personal info was storage. She even answered her personal phone while we were doing the closing. Unbelievable how BMO carries their business and how their associates behave.

Somewhere this bank just stopped caring like it used to. Ive been with this bank for over 20 years. Recently , the service is garbage. Today I went in to get a signature stamp on my lunch break. The ONE banker on duty was at lunch, at noon. They dont start until later in the morning and they take their lunch when us plebs take our break, to go to the bank. How inconsiderate and unprofessional. I left work early at 2pm to try again, this time Hector was there, but was too busy on the phone chatting ( sounded like a personal call ). When I finally got to see him, another woman was allowed to go ahead of me even though she arrived after I did. I left before I said something I would regret. I cannot believe the level of incompetence at this bank. Staffing one banker on a busy Friday ?? The 3 useless ladies at the counter were rude and ignored me both times. I was told " Uh , you need to see a banker to do that..." like Im some idiot who is supposed to be all knowing of these matters. Thats what I was there for, idiots. Im pulling my money from BMO.

I was the second person in the drive thru and I submitted my transaction. While waiting, three other cars pulled up and was serviced immediately. I pressed the help button and I was told the order of the transactions were mixed up and they were sorry. However, if it happened with one car its ok, but it happened with two other cars. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was ignored and they continued to work. I have never been treated in that sort of fashion before and I am thinking its because of my skin color because the other three customers who was put ahead of me was white. Its sad we are now back in the 1800's

Do not go through the drive thru. It will take you 30 mins to do a normal transaction. There’s only one teller. This is the second time I’ve had to wait 20-30 mins to deposit money.

Bmo was one of my first banks.that helped me get into finance for my future. Thankfully the staff have been very helpful. Although the app may get errors time to time. They have treated me and mine right up front. Learning to bank with, this place took the time to help me sort everything I needed to know when I asked. Walk ins always thorough. Tube and atm sometimes issues but they get it running.

Not enough employees, lady was from another part in bank didn’t know what she was doing. Got my account and routing number wrong to hurry up and print something to leave to get off for work. This branch is terrible never experienced a bad BMO branch experience until coming here. Never again!
