Ozzie was my first interaction was helpful and welcoming. Ozzie explained the warranty process thoroughly…my second encounter was with Julian whom also was thorough and accommodating. All in all 5 stars and you’re lucky to have such great employees who treat your customer so well.
My warranty was still ineffectual and I received a replacement at no cost! Great warranty process!

“Came into store Wed evening, 3.13.24 and nice young man ( didnt get his name, my apologies) since my older jetta died on way home from work. Even thought vehicle older, this never happened before. Gentemen was super helpful, able to read battery was at 100% and suggested faulty ground wire could be issue. Great service, very personable, need more employees like him. Thank you.”

“The staff at this location is simply elegant. Respectfull, attentive, courteous, good looking...etc etc. Store is well stocked, clean and merchandise is neatly organized. I am a regular customer and also neighbor, while i was doing my regular daily excercise behind the store earlier today, I noticed the staff were preparing some food. The smell was intriguing and mesmerasing at the very least. I approached cautiously and asked a member of the staff if today is a customer appreciation day. Lord and behold, the answer was a yes. I got myself together and went to the back to be little bit closer to the mesmerising smell of the food. While i was enjoying the smells, i couldnt help it but to have my way to the sweet cheeseburgers that was being prepared. I grabbed the buns, and some neatly sliced onions and some slices of ripe tomato, and made myself a double cheeseburger. I packed it in a to-go box and started heading back home. I coudnt wait till i get hometo taste it, so i decided to grab a bite while i was on the way. I opened the box slowly and grabbed the cheeseburger with both of my hands as the fine juices were dripping from the sides of the bun, and the smell of it was filling up my car...long story short, the food was amazingy delecious I got hypnotized and decided to go back and help myself to two more cheeseburgers........I highly recommend you do business at this location. You wont be disappointed.”

He went outside with me, opened the hood, and checked for me! Turned out the the cap was loose and I had plenty of coolant ! He didn't charged me for his help and didn't accept a tip either! “I can't stress enough how Edgar and company saved the day. They helped me get things situated with my vehicle, as well as took the time to show me how to perform the small task of replacing brake lights, that I didn NOT know how to do. I'm coming back here no matter what for my car. I love in Indiana, but I work and go to school here near to this location. Totally worth it to take the 30 minute ride to get here . Everyone who works at this location is very good at what they do. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Edgar and Company!!!”

“I went in looking for something to help me pass my emissions, the manager recommended that I add a Cataclean to help clean my system. Product helped me pass, and saved me a couple of hundred bucks in repairs. The manager cares about the customers and knows his store/products. He was a very polite and really handsome.”

“O’Reilly’s in Crestwood provided the best experience I think I have ever had at an auto parts store! I went in thinking something was going on with my battery or alternator, but both tested good. Long story short, needed to replace my purge solenoid. The Store Manager Billy went above and beyond and replaced it for me in the parking lot. Thank you so much again!”
