Unbelievably terrible, I had them change a battery in my iPhone 12 which was at 78 percent capacity on July 23. On July 24 I ordered a new phone.
It has errors in the battery errors in the display. It shuts off randomly when I try to use Pandora watch a video within one minute. And lastly by July 25 it won't even charge with a wire or wirelessly..... Do not bring your phone batteries plus.
I'm only grateful that I backed up my phone before I brought it in.
I had no other issues with my phone before touched it .... And how do you prove that when you bring it back... They can just claim that your phone had problems other than the battery before you brought it to them

Store hours are wrong
Went to the Oaklawn, IL location Sunday May 19, 2024. Website says they are open Sunday 9am-6pm. Sign on the door says open Sunday 9am-6pm. Customers are waiting outside and the door is locked and no one is to be found. I was there at 9:15am and left and came back at 10:20am and location was still closed. I saw 5 frustrated customers leave because the store was closed. I went online to Amazon and purchased what I needed and it was delivered Monday 5/20/24

I recently went in to have a battery checked for issues and warranty inquiry. The staff,
Ozzie was my first interaction was helpful and welcoming. Ozzie explained the warranty process thoroughly…my second encounter was with Julian whom also was thorough and accommodating. All in all 5 stars and you’re lucky to have such great employees who treat your customer so well.
My warranty was still ineffectual and I received a replacement at no cost! Great warranty process!

Batteries Plus website said the car battery I needed was available in Northbrook, which would be 50 minutes from my house according to Google maps. I called the Oak Lawn store I've always gone to and was assisted by "Avi." He was patient as I explained I sought a higher end battery for my 25 year old Mercedes SL500. Not only was he quick to check stock and confirm he did have the battery your website reported wasn't in stock locally to me, but he also informed me of the dates the battery had arrived onto his shelves. Avi informed me of the store hours and said if I was going to be arriving near closing, I just needed to let him know. I arrived within 30 minutes and all went well as he provided me with my battery. Thank you Batteries Plus for always coming through for me!

I placed an order and the employee called a day after to tell me the item wasn’t in stock although the online website said it was but he went to tell her make the order for me. I go the following week to pick up my key and turns out the order was never placed so I lost a week thinking they had done their job. Very disappointing.
