“Very professional staff across the board. The service department is top tier, they are friendly, prompt and they don't keep you waiting. They check your car diagnosticly and tell you exactly what's wrong and what you need. If you can't afford to get everything that's needed, they will tell you what is priority. If you decide to wait for your car, there's coffee, tea and water for you in the waiting area with TV. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Most of all the wait time for your car is 45 minutes to an hour if that long. You can't beat that! Kudos to Oak Lawn Toyota!”

“I have a 1978 Rolls Shadow 2 (purchased new in 1978). Most of the mechanics who have worked on my car have retired through the years and authorized dealers have no clue what to do on these older cars. Also getting parts for my car needs some research and patience (there are a few places here in the states and Europe). I have found a few one of them is Mardy at Master Rolls. I came across Master Rolls about 4 years ago and couldn't be any happier. Mardy has history going back to Loeber Motors downtown Chicago, who I used to have service some of my cars. Mardy is extremely knowledge, and his ability was beyond my expectation. I have nothing but praise for his talents. From rebuilding my cooling system (new radiator etc), putting on new shocks front and back, replacing seals crankshaft, engine, etc, window motors and fixing issues with the locking system etc. As for me, I could not be any happier to find such a excellent, talented and responsible mechanic in this day and age.”

I barely had time to finish a cup of coffee before they called me over. I braced myself for bad news or a lengthy wait, but instead, I got the best news ever: Ol' Reliable was back in action! They had diagnosed and fixed the problem faster than you can say "oil change."
Amerimex turned what could have been a weekend-wrecking disaster into a swift and painless pit stop. They didn't just fix my truck; they revived it with a burst of mechanical CPR. The speed and skill of these folks are nothing short of legendary. I half-expected to see my truck roll out with a cape fluttering in the breeze.
