He came out, looked at my car, realized what I actually needed, and even installed it for me. Offered me three different types of bulbs, explained each one to me and didn't try selling me anything. Super professional and knowledgeable. I've been to other auto part stores and have encountered employees who you can tell don't really know what they're talking about. This was on top of it.
