two stars only because they were so quick to provide assistance as soon as i walked in. other than that, super displeased with the customer service received by the hispanic gentleman with the glasses and thick fat oversized ear lobes. he was less than helpful in helping me solve a problem. he offered to sell a device that i clearly stated i wasn’t interested in buying and he provided no solutions once i clarified that he was not going to be able to help me. i hate that i didn’t get his name but you’d know exactly who i’m referring to if you’re his next customer.

I visited this location last Sunday for an upgrade on my phone, everything was so great, I was helped by Axel Hernandez, he was so helpful and guided me through all the process to get my new phone, the Galaxy S24 Ultra, he explained everything so clearly. I'd definitely go black with him and I absolutely recommend him. Thanks so much, I loved his customer service as well. Everything's great, just waiting for my new phone to arrive after 2 days only. Love AT&T. Thanks again. ?❤️

-5 star horribly service it is not possible to have to wait more than an hour and a half for a simple sim-card.They don't give any reference to why it takes so long, clearly none of the employees care.Never come back to this terrible place.

Issue was not resolved.... It's too hard to get in contact with customer service over the phone. Been dealing with a phone that's not receiving texts or calls, and I cant call out or text. I use this phone for work. Three days... at the store and on the phone nobody can solve the issue and are not trying to make it better. I'm leaving for t Mobile!

THE YOUNG LADY THAT HELPED ME REALLY COULDNT. MY AUTO PLAY CONTINUES TO PLAY AND SHE SAID " I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE" SO SHE TOOK MY PHONE OUT OF MY HAND STARTED PLAYING WITH IT. I SAID " WHAT ARE U DOING?" SHE SAID " YA I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS AUTO PLAY CONTINUOUSLY PLAYING" HANDED MY PHONE BACK TO ME. Omg! This team should teach a class on how to take care of their customers.Went in to get my 70 yr old mother a new phone, I added a line, got a watch, bought an accessory, and so on.Shout out to Ziad and the amazing lady that greeted us I didn't get her name but she looked like the boss there. Had a great experience and were so patient with my mom, thank you.
