“I ordered my products online and picked them up the next day. There were some employees working behind the counter, but they seemed to be more interested in talking to each other, than servicing me.
Another man walked up, and went behind the counter. When he saw no one was servicing me, he quickly asked if I was being serviced.
Overall, aside from the initial encounter, things were okay. Employees should really be more customer friendly.”
“I had gone to Home Depot to pick up materials for my basement renovation. I was fortunate enough to get Misheka Hutchins to assist me. She was very knowledgeable. She suggested two things that I would need to complete the shower bed. She reviewed my entire list with me and answered all my questions. Misheka gave such excellent service to me that when I had to go back for more supplies needed by the contractor I willing to wait until she returned from vacation. She definitely made me feel like a valued customer and made Home Depot look like the place to go to.
