Unfortunately, I was robbed at this company by an employee named C…… Upon discovering that I had been robbed, I informed the Manager and proved to her that more than $200 had been stolen. Months have passed, and she keeps saying that she is trying to resolve the situation with a superior. C……. continues working at the company as if nothing happened. To begin with, the company doesn’t have internal cameras, which I find absurd. I ordered two pairs of glasses. One pair cost $25, and the other $75. I also had an eye exam at the company. C…….. informed me that the total amount was $640, but that she would give me a discount, bringing it down to $500 as part of her employee discount. She asked me what the best payment method was for me. I said I would use a card because my money was at home. She told me I could go home to get the money and that she would wait for me. I found it strange but complied. She asked me when I would return, and I said around 4 pm. She asked me to please come back at 1:30 pm. Exactly at 1 pm, she called me to confirm if I was already on my way, and I said I would arrive at 1:30 pm. I returned with the $500, and she called my husband, explaining that she was giving me a very good discount. We found it strange because my mother-in-law paid much less, but she said that my mother-in-law didn’t buy glasses as good as mine. After receiving the money, C…….. informed me that I couldn’t have the receipt because no one should know about my discount. I found this suspicious. She also told me that she would give me another pair of glasses that I liked in the store. Additionally, she informed my husband and me that I could bring a pair of glasses I had at home to get the lenses corrected. So, I was ordering two pairs of prescription glasses, getting another pair as a gift, and the company would change the lenses on a pair I already had at home. When I scheduled to return to bring my glasses, C…….. told me not to come on her day off. A few times, she called me and always said not to go to the store on her day off. She was always trying to gain my trust with messages, but something felt off. I went to the store to pick up the glasses, and C……… wasn’t working that day. When I received only two pairs of prescription glasses and the ones I already had with just the lenses changed, I complained, saying that one gift pair was missing. The manager told me that I didn’t have any more glasses. I contacted C…….., and she said she didn’t understand why I didn’t have four pairs of glasses. Then, I told the manager that I paid $500, and she said I didn’t pay that amount and that I had paid less than $300. She showed me the receipt, and I couldn’t believe it. I was robbed of more than $200. I showed some messages to the manager where Catharine confirmed receiving $500, and after days without a resolution. I have a copy of the receipt the manager gave me, along with the messages that prove everything about the theft, and my last hope is to resolve this in court. Justice never fails. How horrifying that a company would allow this to happen.

My wife went there for glasses. The women told her that if she paid cash she would receive a discount even though my wife knew that they offer 2 pairs for $79.95. The woman confused my wife and said that she was not eligible since she wanted bifocals. The woman said the regular price was over $600 for bifocals and then said if she paid cash it would be $500. The woman kept pressuring my wife to go home and get the cash and when she did she said that she could not give her a receipt because it was a cash deal. This made it pretty obvious that something wasn’t right and I began to check into the situation. The woman then tried to keep my wife from talking to other management and when it was time to pick up the glasses she said she had to pick them up directly from her to keep my wife from talking to other staff. I called and got through to management and they said that my wife was clearly overcharged. I haven’t posted names yet as I am hoping to see this resolved. To me it seems there are only two options about what happened. Either there is one dishonest employee taking advantage of non-native English speakers or this is standard business policy to try to get customers to pay more than the advertised company prices through bait and switch advertising and confusing sales tactics. The last month every time I call or visit the location I have been told that it will be resolved but still nothing has happened as far as a refund for deception or termination of an employee for questionable sales practices. Let’s see what happens but just be careful if you go here.

Had a terrific eye doctor and check up .She was patient and took her time. The lady who helped me and my husband pick out frames was GREAT. she had the patience to help us and explain everything to us . I will go back to them.

I came today to pick up my glasses. The girl was not very nice and there was no mirror to see the glasses. All she said was can you see. I said yes and she said have a good day. I was driving back and I have to go back again because they are CROOKED. Unhappy experience today.

My only issue is that they didn't have any trial contacts for my new prescription. Update: still waiting on trial and packs contacts. They keep changing the time frame to receive them. My insurance already paid them. Can't do business with this place again.
