This is a great place to get your taxes done. I highly recommend them. They have availability into the evening and on weekends which is very helpful.

The secretary absolutely is in denial. She doesn't know anything and no one is available for consultation. They cannot file my taxes but they can do them between the clients on the low.

My wife and I have been going to have our taxes done here by Janet Paterno for the last 14 years. We were always satisfied till last year. Jan did our taxes I owed 3,200.00 to the IRS. Well after the IRS reviewed my taxes I owed the IRS 4,235.35 more than the 3200.00. Jan Paterno made the mistake I asked her how she was going to fix this mistake. She agreed to pay the penalty and interest incurred. 32,62 dollars. She spoke to her partners and they agreed that she handled my taxed professionally and to the standards that AKP hold their business to. So if tax preparer makes a mistake they are not liable for the amount of the mistake. I do not recommend this business to anyone! I work in medicine if I make a mistake you die! Beware!

I have had my taxes done by Joann since I started working and even before that both my parents have gone to AKP tax service for there tax services. It is nice to have things explained to you and they offer electronic filing. I would highly recommend having your taxes done here. Electronic Filing is also available. Keep up the good work ladies!
