My technician was absolutely horrible. When we started the appointment with her complaining about “How she’s been dealing with patients that all day are acting like they’ve have anxiety. She was so rude to me. Her attitude was awful, she was giving me wrong medical advice, and not to mention how much she stressed me out during an already stressful feeling appointment. I believe her name was Britney. She needs to show more compassion to those who have disabilities. This was the worst mammogram I ever have had!!She also kept telling me she is going to report because it inand kept telling me my right sidher notes that she had to take two images of my right breast!! I think she felt that she needed to put it on my report. I explained to her that I noted if my record that my right side is weaker that had to have to picture. I have rheumatoid arthritis and lupus and instead of taking a different attitude with me. If this is how she treats other patients, I really think she needs to learn how to show some compassion!! Iwill never return to this location again!!!

Horrible place, I waited one month to get an appointment for a breast MRI they made a mistake and scheduled me for an ultrasound, they claimed they never received the order and my mammogram disk which were personally delivered weeks before.I get there for my appointment and act like its my fault. when I called to reschedule I have to wait another month. this is not the first time I had issues here. They are just Lazy and the worse customer service. I missed work but obviously they dont give a Shi*! as long as they get paid to do nothing.

Horrible Horrible most non professional place I have ever seen in my life! I got a call from my physician on 7/28/2023 stated that I needed a diagnostic ultrasound. Dr. writes an order...I call this "place" and set up an appointment, the receptionist stated they already have the order in place and scheduled my appointment for 9/15/2023. 2 weeks prior to my appointment I get a bill to prepay for my services (weird but ok $222) paid. Week of the appointment I get a text message to confirm my appt for Friday 9/15. Today 9/13/23 I get a call from Tech number #1 who says that the dr. wrote the order wrong and they cannont do that test because they felt my test should be something different?!?!?! I said are you a physician, no im the tech. Well TECH I plan to do the test the dr. ordered. IF you arent the physician, how do you a tech determine what i need@??@.. Hang up with that one. ANOTHER calls around 5pm and says that I am the tech and i wont be performing your Ultrasound.. I asked did you contact the physician to determine if that was what she intended.. NO i said so if the order is written, no one reached out to correct it then how in the world do you know its wrong. THIS LADY had the nerve to tell me that its wrong because she takes the pictures! I said and how many years of medical school did you go to? At this point im livid.. I hung up.. There is no way to reach any one with an ounce of common sense and now I will be disputing the charge to get my prepay refunded. Healthcare really needs to be revamped starting with this place!

This center asked me to drop off physical copies of my imaging which I willingly did. I was informed that I could not make an appointment in person at the time of drop off and that I would have to wait for them to call me for the appointment. After 5 days of waiting I started calling and trying to get an update. It took 10 days to finally get through at which point I told them on the phone that I had dropped off imaging and had yet to be contacted. The receptionists exact words were “really? That’s crazy”. I listed to her dig through papers to find my imaging and only at THAT POINT DID MY IMAGING GET INTO THE HANDS OF A RADIOLOGIST TO REVIEW.Finally I make my appointment for approximately 14 days after I had dropped off my imaging. Took a day off of grad school to go. Only to be spoken to so disrespectfully by a woman named Francine because I didn’t have the right referral. When I repeatedly tried to tell her that that referral was all I was given at the doctors office she repeatedly cut me off in the middle of my sentences, told me I should have “just read it” as if everybody is well versed in the medical lingo that’s on breast care referrals (which by the way I read her the exact words off the referral on the phone), and then accused me of wasting the clinics time. When I asked if my doctor immediately faxed over the correct one if I could still get my biopsy she said no.You would think a center that is intended to assist in the care of such intimate and scary issues would display even the slightest amount of compassion for people who are clearly scared.

Needed a scan. Was sent here. After reading reviews I was not expecting a great experience. Especially for being a guy. But from the Advocate app to then the electronic check-in kiosk at the front door to then actually being checked in by the very nice lady at the desk and subsequent scans by a polite and compassionate technician... Was in fact a great and fast experience. Would recommend this facility!

I hate that I have to write a negative review but it has to be put out there so that patients can be aware. This location for imaging testing is one of the worst I've been. I've had nothing but inconveniences dealing with these people. At the moment I'm writing this review there is no mask mandate requirement, yet before you enter the receptionist area they have signs everywhere stating masks required beyond this point. I have no issue with that. What I do have a problem with is the way they handle patients. I came without a mask because I didn't realize it was a requirement. I tried to get one of the front desk personnel's attention to find out if they have complimentary masks as MANY other locations offer that. This lady wouldnt even come to the door as she's signaling me to sign in on the kiosk. What is the purpose of me signing in if I don't have a mask??? I had to leave the location and find a mask and then return when all she had to do was administer general customer service etiquette. Let's also not ignore the fact that one of their front desk representatives walked right in and sat behind the desk without a mask. What kind of backward behavior is this???Let's just say the other reviews are spot on! They treat who they want to treat with respect. Your skin color, age and whatever their preconceived notion is about who you are should not effect the level of service or respect you receive. Somebody please give these people a customer service for dummies class please!

I had an appointment that I had made about two months ago and when the date finally came, I unexpectedly I had bring my sons with me to the appointment.When I tell you, the staff went above an beyond for me! They didn't have to at all, but they did. It was like they knew I really needed this appointment since the next was so far away.Professional and yet understanding and made judgement call to still see me and were so kind.This is example that all people are individuals and should be treated as such. Don't judge a book by it's cover, they didn't and I'm truly grateful for the amazing customer service I experienced.Also thank you to my sons, they did not embarrass me. They were perfectly behaved.Thank you so much ladies!

They're always so nice and professional. I love the early check in. They get you in ans put and make you very comfortable by explaining each thing they are doing and notify of the results the same day. That's really great if you're anxious about the test results. I would never go anywhere else.

I kept getting skipped, they all looked at me and didn’t care to find out why I’ve been sitting here for over an hr while people who got here just minutes ago are being called in. I even arrived 15 min before the appointment time. This staff is horrible except for the front desk. I didn’t get acknowledged until I got up to ask when I’d be called. They said that they only have one tech doing US and that I’d be next but still kept getting skipped. If you’re under 30 and expect to be skipped for over an hr.

My technician’s name was Nancy. I felt that she was insensitive, and talked to me like I was a child, like couldn’t understand simple things. I felt that she lacked empathy, and didn’t really care about the difficulty of this exam for me. I felt like I was just another factory line product for her to work on. I felt she over-talked me, and didn’t really listen to anything I was saying, including the difficulty I have with my left shoulder. I felt like it didn’t mean anything to her. Now here’s the thing, I’m not only Gina, I am Dr. Gina Crusor-Price, a retired health sciences professor, with a PhD. I’m also an advanced nurse practitioner, I may be 66 years old and on Medicare, but I’m also back in school for a post-masters certificate in family practice as a nurse practitioner. I told her I was a nurse practitioner, and I understood what she was saying, but don’t talk to me like I’m not educated. Bottom line, I felt she was hurried and didn’t care. This is a terrible example of what a patient should experience at a specified breast care center, Where I would expect more sensitivity than any other place. I won’t return.

I like the fact that they give the results the same day but they shouldn’t overbooked people. I got there and it was so many people and I was waiting for a long time . I know people were just walking in and getting seen before me . They need to be more considerate of people time as well as I had to wait a long time to book this appointment. If it was something serious I would be in trouble because the wait time to even get an appointment is ridiculous
