I arrived at 11:15 the young lady calls me in and told me she was unable to draw my blood because the MD had not signed the order. I knew it was a problem on her end this had never happened before. My MD office is a block away and they printed me an order. The 95th office is closed by now. I proceed to the Trinity hospital ACL office. I did not present the lab forms thar I was given. Just wanted to see if I would have the same problem. I had no problems at all. Beside the fact I had to drive out of my way. The tech at the Trinity location said she probably didn't want to do it. It was close to closing. That's so sad

This review is for the office in the Professional Building. It's on the fourth floor. I had my doctor's office fax the order for some blood tests to the fax number mentioned on ACL's voice mail greeting. I had been fasting for over 12 hours. They checked, but had not received the order. I called my doctor's office while there to verify the fax number, but ACL was giving a different fax number than what was on the voice mail greeting. I called the doctor's office, and they said they would fax it to the other number that ACL gave me. ACL Lab closed while I was there, and they told me I had to come back another day, because they couldn't wait for it to be faxed again and for it to come through the system. They should have waited until midnight if necessary!!! It's not my fault that they have the wrong fax number on the voice mail greeting. Such abuse for the patients!!!
There is another ACL Lab on the Kilbourne side of the building, in the Pavilion, on the first floor. I'm planning on going there instead.

ZERO stars.This place needs to hire new staff. Was there this morning getting labs done and the lab tech was VERY unprofessional , she steps out into the waiting area to call me back, and says " you, come on " not calling the patient by their name. I work in Healthcare we always call patients back by their names. She was very rude showing me where to go and sit, she was very short with me. I dont usually go to this location and now I will never go back.

I arrived at this facility at 7:10 & they were not there yet. They open at 7:00. This is unexceptable for a business to operate.

Horrible service. 33 weeks pregnant made me walk all around hospital for a "order" wich they could just have called it in or looked it up in system!

Place is suppose to open at 7am arrived at 7:15 and it is closed. Waited to see if someone would how up and nothing. It is now 8:03 and there has yet to open!
