Online appointment check in is useless. Made an appointment online and checked it online with the option of clicking I’m Here. Well, apparently you have to sign in as well when you arrive, defeating the purpose of signing in online. Rude staff told me I need to check in once I arrive. Or else they won’t know when I arrive. So what’s the point of checking in and letting them know I’M HERE online?! Now over 30 mins past my appointment time slot still waiting. Great start to my morning.

Omg this has to be the SLOWEST place ever. Waiting over an hour for a lab draw is crazy. Staff were back there talking and laughing which is fine but not when we are waiting for over an hour. How is it that the company allows this? There is no quality control at all. This is definitely a patient dissatisfier. Don't come to this location they are horrible. Also the last time I came with my son the girl swore she knew how to draw blood from toddlers. (Total lie) She bruised and hurt my baby and couldn't draw the blood. We left and went to the children's hospital. This place sucks

This Lab is simpley not worth it. Lab Corp/Quest/or a hospital walk in lab is the way to go. Poor sevice. Your doctor office will work with your insurance. This is a poorly regulated Lab. Done

First, there was not a reception at the front desk to assist anyone. Second the nurse that drew my blood at first push the needle too far in my left arm causing it to hurt get numb and bleed. Did not even apologized. After she drew my blood in the right arm, she told me to tell people to draw blood through my arm. Rude as hell.

I only see Nora when I come to this location I cannot speak to the experiences from the rest of the staff, but Nora is amazing, she will find your vein in a second and have you out of there before you can count to 10. I have been told in the past I am a hard stick Nora laughs at that. She is simply incredible at her job.

I have been coming here for a while because it is a convenient location. There is one woman there with a strong personality who acts as if she can do whatever she wants. She looked at my orders and slammed her hans on her desk saying Stat? I'm not sending this Stat! Well it was a drug test for a new job. I asked her when the results will be in and she said tomorrow. So it is now 6 days later and I still don't have results and neither does my dr. I called there and left a message and no one has returned my call. My job starts Monday and she knew the importance of getting these results in a timely manner. Maybe if she sent them Stat as they were ordered by my Doctor, they would be here!

This company charged me for blood work required by my doctor for a Medicare wellness exam. I asked them to run it pass Medicare and they refused. They ended up referring the debt to a collection agency. They will never see my business again.

Just had dad's bloodwork done here. And the phlebotomists was so rude. Absolutely the worst. When people (older patient) are stressed out about blood work a little comforting and gentle treatment would not hurt. Will not come here again and will let our doctor know so they don't refer to this place.

Well, well, this place never ... An employee woman with blond hair is terrible, rude, very uncomfortable, she didn't even answer my greeting, she just looked at me ... I felt very bad there. They also do not have a good and sensitive approach to children, I was there with my child for blood, scared, cried but not a single kind word from the staff, they were so cold. I don't understand that people go to them for blood ... NOT for me, surely NO ONE of my family will ever come there and I will not recommend this place to any of my acquaintances.

I have been to this location many times, the staff is alway efficient, quick and professional. I have witnessed the technicians accommodate folks that are not really sure what labs they need. I give them 5 stars, always.
