First, there was not a reception at the front desk to assist anyone. Second the nurse that drew my blood at first push the needle too far in my left arm causing it to hurt get numb and bleed. Did not even apologized. After she drew my blood in the right arm, she told me to tell people to draw blood through my arm. Rude...
