I have been a business customer of Urban Communications since the late 90's. Their customer service is outstanding, not to mention the quality of their internet service and email hosting. As a business, I cannot be without internet service. I think we've only had two interruptions in 20+ years of service, and they we're over immediately to resolve the issues. Thanks Urban (urbancom.net) for the phenomenal service!

Very good value compared to the other internet service providers in my area, i often get faster downloads speeds than were even paying for. (Also why are people in the google reviews talking about pizza? Is there an inside joke im not in on?)

Customer service is good but we have been having issues with the internet connection dropping out. This has been going on for months and we've called a few times. No resolution so far.
