Mangement is trash and when you move out they charge you more for small damages so make sure check the house first when you move in.

Management and staff are great. However, I have had numerous packages that were delivered stolen. I reported the issue and as of today there has not been any emails/ signs posted about stealing other tenants packages.

One of the cleanest nicest apt I'd Iive at quiet complex cool neighbors friendly and nice and an awesome property manager I recommend Rustic Oaks Apt to anybody ?
