The people who work here are not happy to have a job. The girl in the lab tried to make fun of my name but it backfired on her. Be prepared to have a difficult time calling to make or reschedule an appointment. I was on the phone for over 45 minutes, passed through 4 people. Told the last guy who picked, that I needed to reschedule my doctors appointment for today, he decided to not take my name to see what was in the system but play d**** I called back and asked for the doctors office whom I was suppose to see and the women could not help with rescheduling my appointment. Seems there is only one gynecologist and she takes off months at a time. Showed up for an appointment to be told she was not going to be back for two months. ( the second time this has happened). Cook County need to close this place down and start all over again with staff who appreciate having a job.

Not sure the name of the lady you get through to schedule appointments. But very rude answer when she got on the phone was no help and kept cutting me off! Then hung up on me as She gave me a answer but I had another appointment to schedule. Very disappointed and will definitely be switching doctors after this!

EVAN at Lab On G-018, was very VERY rude! I took my dad to the lab for blood test & this lady had the nerve to give him a nasty attitude. My dad is an elderly & doesn’t speak English so i was with him the entire time. First she didn’t greet us at the window & had us waiting outside the door for a very long time. Then she left my dad in the chair with all the stuff on him, and he couldn’t lift anything up bc he had his injections. She wasn’t patient at all, wasn't helpful and didn’t finish her job! This nasty lady needs more training.. & more customer service training! she looked like she didn’t even know her job or wasn’t ready to be injecting clients!!!!! plus she had a horrible attitude. I didn’t feel safe at all, hope cook county hospital does something about this. I will be calling Corp!

Extremely upset with the service I received. I work as a patient accounts/patient advocate and would never recommend anyone go here. Everyone was polite enough to do their job but they do not seem to care for your health or your concerns. I was upfront about my financial concerns and wanted to see how to go about paying and was just advised I would get a bill later and can resolve this later. I tried to get a hold of a live rep many times to apply for some assistance bc for a simple check up where I was told to simply rinse my mouth more often because the white patches I had in my throat were normal cost $451. A walk in clinic would cost $60 now I have to make monthly payments because I couldn’t apply for financial assistance after finally being able to get a hold of a live person( every time I called and got a live rep the financial department rep was at lunch ). Nonetheless I was a big advocate for people to go to these clinics bc they help financially and work with you even if you don’t have health insurance but now I’m on the other side of things and am the upset patient. Besides the financial issues the staff was too busy talking to each other about what they would eat for lunch and what they would be doing over the weekend that I was in the office waiting for the doctor for at least an hour and no one even checked in to let me know the doctor would be a while. The doctor was nice but it was a bit obvious he just wanted to get through the day and go to the next patient bc when I told him I was worried it was something more serious he just made feel d*** even though I told him my father had oral cancer.

Very very very POOR SERVICE. My mom's doctor has been canceling on her for about a month now. Saying she's either on vacation or sick or vacation. Now she has an appointment until October 10. They told us to go to emergency in that building incase we needed anything' so we did. This racist white lady immediately started yelling and telling us that they don't take emergencies if anything to get an ambulance and go, and asked my mom's pain level. So I told her and she started giving me directions as if I were stupid and spelling out street names in a rude manner. This place needs to check on their employees!

I came in at 7:45 and it is 12:11 and i was just seated to see a nurse. I was told this was a quick trip only for it to last over 4 hours and possibly longer! I waited as people who came after me, were serviced before me. I had to ask 3 nurses how much longer it would be before getting an answer. The others just said one sec and walked away. They mixed the names up! Then they threw me in an office and left me to wait much longer for a nurse to show up! This is the worst experience ive had at any medical facility and I hope to never be back.
