Do not bring your laundry here. Dryer at home broke, brought in wet clothes to dry.Owner would not allow me to dry my clothes because I did not wash there even though I had money to spend. Had to pull wet clothes out of the dryers and leave.I will never return for anything. I'll use rocks and clothes line before I give him one quarter!

My dryer broke down so I took my wet clothes there to dry. The owner saw me come in and came up to me and said I can't dry outside clothes there it's for customers only. When I said that my dryer broke down he said I don't care go somewhere else. And I will go somewhere else now in the future. When I need dry cleaning I have any alterations anything will be done somewhere else. He went out of his way to be rude and I don't appreciate the way I was talked to.Service: Laundry wash & fold

I will never set foot in this place again. I brought in a comforter and my sheets to dry because my dryer broke. When the owner saw me come in he said that I could not use the dryers, that they were there for customers only. When I told him that my dryer broke, he said I don't care, go somewhere else. And that's just what I'll do. I went there for years with all my dry cleaning and alterations and they just lost a customer. That's what I was chump a customer.

I came here to wash about 6:15p not knowing that they close at 7pm. And started a load and had put the soap in for another load when a worker came and told me they close at 7pm and I have to leave my clothes and come back tomorrow what. Or I won't be able to dry my clothes I have to go elsewhere to dry my clothes smh .

Owner was very rude to my wife and I. To the owner, if you're that unhappy with your business close down and let someone who actually has personality open something worthwhile in the neighborhood. The fact you make any money at all with that attitude of yours is shocking.

Went in today because my dryer suddenly stopped working and I had a washer full of wet clothes. When I entered, a man came up and rudely told me that I could not use the dryers without using the washer. I tried to explain to him the situation but again he nastily said “I don’t care, you don’t do them here, go somewhere else!” I only live a few blocks away so have been using their large washers for bulky stuff like comforters and their laundering services for almost 20 years. Same man has been rude before, and so has the lady there. I have always let the behavior go because it was so close and convenient. Today I had to go into Tinley park to dry my clothes!!! Never again will I set foot in this place again!!

The larger machines didn't remove all the soap. I was blamed for using too much soap. I used what the measurement on my soap bottle said. On the machine itself it doesn't say. She told me well I guess you will have to rewash. Not at 7.00 and to have it happen again. Shame on you. We come to you for alterations all the time and this is how you respond. So sad and disappointing

I walked in around 5:40 with towels I needed to dry. A man who worked there approached me and said they close at 7pm. I said that that was fine, I just had to use the dryers. He told me I was not allowed to only use the dryers! I questioned why I couldn’t use only the dryer for my wet towels. He said that they have the lowest prices in town and to keep them that way you have to use the washer also. I’m 31 weeks pregnant, our dryer at home broke and that was the nearest laundromat to my house. I read reviews on them having rude customer service, but went anyways because it was close to my home. NEVER AGAIN!

Reasonable pricing, but the only problem is you have to deal with extremely rude owner's that make it seem like your bothering them every time you go in there!!
