If Maria is your hair stylist… RUN! I had absolutely the most horrific salon visit I’ve ever had. I went in for a trim and some layers. I specified to Maria that I wanted to keep the length on my hair and just cut off my dead ends and touch up my layers. I have curly/ wavy hair and should have know something was wrong when she started aggressively brushing my hair. She started by cutting the agreed upon amount which was about ab inch from my hair and then proceeded to cut the layers while she was cutting the layers I saw she was taking off like 6-8 inches from my hair. I stopped her and asked what she was doing and she proceeded to tell me that she was just cutting the layers into my hair and that my length was still there. I lost my hair due to a medical issue and had just gotten to my pre illness length of hair (which was past the middle of my back) she cut my hair so short that it’s just barely past my shoulders. I’m devastated. It took YEARS to finally grow my hair back and was so proud of it just to get absolutely BUTCHERED by Maria. I look like a poodle. Every time I look at my hair I just cry. I’ll never trust anyone to cut my hair ever again. This was an absolutely horrible experience. If you care about your hair I would stay far far away from this place. Clearly this woman didn’t know what she was doing and should not be allowed near anyone’s hair. I’m so heartbroken I pray no one has to go through the same traumatic experience I had to live through.
Requested style: I asked for a trim and a touch up of my layers. I received a poodle cut.

I went in for a simple trim and some layers for volume. When I got home and straighten my hair, it was the worst cut ever. The sides don’t match up. One is one length, and the other side is all choppy.

Its hit or miss if the staff is warm and friendly. More comfortable with others taking care of my kids' hair than others.
