Their “quality” glass pieces are only for show. Do not attempt to use them or you’ll have a huge mess to clean up. They don’t do refunds or exchanges because “every” glass piece is tested.. there is this saying to never trust a Yemen with business. Time to find business elsewhere and so should you. YLDM!

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but my boyfriend and I shop here really often to the point we got a close friend a bong for Christmas. The bong had a manufactured tiny whole in the glass where it dripped water. We tried to exchange the bong for another or store credit. The owner proceeded to tell us we dropped the glass and that's why it's leaking.... if that was true this bong would be in shattered!! He could not admit that it was a manufactured issue and did not take the bong back or offer store credit. He even started to ask personal questions about my boyfriends career & age... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WE WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN, & no longer will our friends & family who come to this store often. TERRIBLE CHEAP GLASS!! Scammers "American glass" YEAH OK

One of these greatest smoke shops I’ve been too, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have pretty much every item for your smoking needs and if it’s not their you they’ll get it for you within 24 hours. The prices are extremely reasonable and product quality is outstanding.

This shop has a great variety of vapes which is very convenient for the younger crowd. Although, almost every time I go there even when I pay in cash they charge me like three dollars for tax they don’t even take a percentage just an even dollar amount which I think is completely unfair. Unfortunately I will not be returning unless it’s a last resort.
