Horrible Service. The Pharmacy does not answer the phone and lets you sit on hold for long periods of time. I called on a Monday looking for my Diabetes meds, and sat on hold with no answer for over 45 minutes before I hung up. I went to the store, and sat in the drive up they let me sit there for 30 minutes, with out helping me. I ended up driving away. i called back on Tuesday for information on my meds, and hung up after a 30 minutes. I went back to the store and sat in the drive up, once again got no help. I called back on a Wednesday for information 20 minutes later no one picked up the phone. I went to the DR. on Monday afternoon, and my Meds didn't get filled until Wednesday Afternoon. It took 2 days to fill Diabetes medication. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO TO ANOTHER PHARMACY

If you want to be on the phone for hours without anyone answering then use this pharmacy. If you want to get a pharmacist or tech and not be able to speak to anyone then use this store. It makes me cringe when I have to call this store you will not be helped. If you ask to speak to a manager you will not be able to. I am going to take my business somewhere else because it's obvious that 1. They cannot assist you 2. They do not care about their clients.

CVS has to be the worst pharmacy on the planet. They're making millions during this pandemic yet always short staffed. There is someone new there almost every time I go there. Every time I get I prescription changed they mess it up. They botch billing my insurance company so bad that they can't even fix errors they made. I'd say the management is horrible but I'm not sure there is any management. The one star I gave is because zero stars was not an option.

The worst bunch of moron's to ever run a pharmacy and it's getting worse with new hires. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. 8 damned cars in drive through and are using only one lane. WHY THE HELL can't they pick up a vehicle in the other lane when NO ONE is getting a COVID test???? Like an express lane in a grocery store. Ignorant and slow. BUT.... I will get threatening texts about picking up my prescription after they texted me two days previous. HORSE MANURE!!!!! I left Walgreens because of the crap that CVS is pulling. GET IT TOGETHER CVS. There are 4-5 people working it shouldn't take that long for prescriptions!!!!

Don't bother calling the pharmacy because they don't answer the phones. On the other hand, if you don't pick up your prescription on time their automated service will call you twice a day until you pick it up. To make matters worse it takes too long to get something filled and their prices are higher than average so they have no excuse for being so understaffed.

Went by for COVID testing at my appointed time I was scheduled for and was turned away. Claimed I was not in the system yet I had confirmation texts. Person behind me had the same issue as well. SMH

CVS Pharmacy at 158th on Cicero Avenue, in Oak Forest Illinois, is a smaller store that sits on a corner lot. This CVS is like your typical drug store where you can get your prescriptions. Purchase stamps, household goods, snacks. personal care, cosmetics, and get your Photo developed. This store was very compact, organized, and clean. With fewer customs and no music playing, I could hear my thoughts and certain items jingle playing in my head as I walked past them. The shelves appeared fully stocked for at least what I was looking for. The employees appeared friendly and welcoming. This was a serene trip to the store that I did not mine. Some of the other locations have a minute clinic, but this particular store does not.

Worst place ever to go avoid this pharmacy the pharmacist is racist she denied me my anxiety medicine twice for no reason at all her answer to my doctor which had verified it for her to release my medication she still didn't so I took my business to Walgreens and had no problem there so I called corporate and explained what happend it was a 3 month supply so my doctor just to b nice because my insurance is accepted there gave me a 1month supply to to get refilled and again she refused after I had already dropped off the to her tech and she said it would be an hour next thing you know I get call from the cacausian blonde lady telling it's to early to refill which was not so she lied on a recorded phone call so I called my doctor and nurse so my doctor calls this racist pharmacist to let her its not to early and she can go ahead and release my medication she still refused and said she didnt feel comfortable while i stood there embarassed as she racially profiled me in front of her staff and customers who all were getting there medication no problem with her not knowing my background my health history she refused my medicine I could of had a panic attack in front of her and she would have not cares luckily I still had a few pills left so aftwr rhat I go to.my friendly Wal-Mart and get my prescription the same day thia racist pharmacist refused to give to me don't go there they have no respect if your a minority. At this point I am getting my lawyer involved I called corporate twice now on her and haven't heard back my next step is to call the board of Illinois pharmacy to file a complaint.

Love this cvs all employees are wonderful especially Sara she is always so nice and helpful
