Honestly I’ve been battling writing this review for some time because I don’t want y’all to start coming here and making it busy. But I love coming here. They do great acrylics, pedicures and eyebrows too! Find your person and stick to them, but know that many of them do great work. Kathy is the GOAT on them brows! I can’t have nail polish on at work so I get a nude color that looks like natural nails. If the prep work is done even the slightest bit of sloppily, you can truly tell and I could lose my job. SO, please know I am so grateful when they take extra good care of me.

I love Bella Nails. I am a bowler and I don’t have issues with my nails breaking or “popping off”. The staff is nice and friendly.

My hubby and I usually go to Bella to get pedicures once a month or so, then we go to lunch. We have done this for about 5 years now.We haven’t been in a few months due to my recent back surgery, so we arrived to see new everything!!!The new back massagers being my favorite of course?The customer service is excellent as usual, but now with upgraded equipment and decor.We go because we love the service.They are respectful to us and always inquire to ensure we are comfortable with the process.Although we don’t share the same culture, they never hold conversations over us that make you feel as if they are talking about us or ignoring us.For us it is a truly relaxing experience.Well Done Bella Nails!!?Services: Foot massages

I have been a faithful customer to Bella Nails for over 18 years. Jennifer does excellent services with my brows and lashes. Whenever I would go I would get full services including pedicure, gel nails the works. I would bring the elders in my family as well.. Previously being a Nail Tech myself I appreciated the warm welcome as a customer. NOT anymore! Lately in a matter of a year or so something has horribly changed for the worst. Due to the economy it’s common for prices to change . Unfortunately the service has changed drastically in a negative direction. I went in for a fill in yesterday. New gentlemen asked if I wanted a pedicure I stated no just a fill in with regular polish, I do NOT want no chip polish. I sit down lady which I have seen before with semi blond hair sits me down and tells me to pick a color. I hesitate because I do NOT want no chip. The last drills off the polish I was given previously ( I was told don’t worry my last visit it just dries the mail faster no knowing no chi was put on my nails) I pick a polish I still tell lady “I do not want no chip polish “ She couldn’t find a color that was not no chip. She tells me “ after “ she takes a drill to get the old polish off it was no chip and she has to charge me an additional 5 dollars to remove what I never even knew I had on my nails. Maybe that’s why I couldn’t use remover to get the old polish off. I choose not to use no chip because I like to change my polish. She proceeds finds a color which is nothing like I wanted paints my left hand then says “ you had no chip before this is no chip.. so basically you’re going to force no chip polish down my throat when I have specified even walking in the door for service that I want regular polish.?? I told her forget it, paid her 35.00 and never got my nails polished at all this was terrible, worst experience ever and they just lost a customer !!!!! Worst service ever and rating them one star is a compliment!!!! Bella Nails shame on you treating your customers like this when leaving I asked the managers name the same lady said John, when I asked his last name to file a complaint same lady said Tony, which I know… I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Regulations you are forcing your customers to take services they don’t want and gouging them !!!!! TERRIBLE

18 year Customer will not be returning ever, forcing no chip on customers who request a regular polish. I paid 35 dollars and walked out with unpolished nails.... Customers know what they want, forcing what you want to give them and we are paying is terrible. New lady with semi blond hair is a terrible representative to this nail salon! Rude, Rude, and horrible. I have been a faithful customer getting my full service lashes and all even had my elder women in my family going.... and being in the field previously myself!!! Something has drastically went wrong here, gouging customer and forcing no chip service,when they don't want it terrible!!!! 1 star is a understatement! I am seeking other services elsewhere, Rude Unprofessional place!
