I had an absolutely fantastic shopping experience at the Zara in Oakbrook Center today! The store is massive and beautifully laid out, with every section feeling fresh and inviting—nothing out of place, and the staff clearly takes pride in keeping it that way. I was on the hunt for some fall essentials, and their latest collection didn't disappoint: trendy yet timeless pieces like a tailored blazer, wide-leg pants, and a cozy knit sweater, all at that unbeatable Zara price point (everything hovered around $50, which feels like such great value for the quality).
The associates were super helpful without being pushy—one even suggested perfect layering options based on my style, and checkout was a breeze with contactless payment. As a tall shopper, I also love how their jeans and tops run long and flattering—no hemming needed! If you're in the Oak Brook area, this location is a must-visit for affordable fast fashion that punches way above its weight. I'll be back soon for holiday picks. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed visiting this ZARA store! It has such a pleasant and stylish atmosphere, and the selection is amazing. The assortment feels very modern and European, with lots of beautiful pieces to choose from.
The store is clean, well-organized, and it’s easy to find something that fits your personal style. Everything looks fresh and well-presented, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Store management and staff need training. Long lines at the register while staff is focused on taking RFID scans. 7 people in line with only one register open. 15 min wait. Failure on the most basics of retail.

One of my favorite stores. And their checkout options is like no other. Put all your items in a box at one time and it totals it up. Super easy. Nice quality clothes

Avoid this store, the manager Danny is absolutely horrible, he was rude and unprofessional. He was unwilling to help resolve the issue and blew me off telling me to call customer service to have them handle it. All this over the fact I tried returning a shirt I purchased 5 day earlier when I noticed a very small hole in it. The tags were still attached and it should have been a simple return/exchange. This was a very unacceptable situation for something so incredibly simple. I may be stuck with a shirt with a hole in it, but I will never patronize this brand or store again and I will share this horrible experience whenever this brand comes up.

The worst customer service. Take forever to check out or return things. And cashiers lack basic training in customer service/experience. With a long line of customers, cashier decided to check out lady who needed to get additional items and 20 people waited in the line as another associate went to look for the items Would it make sense to have lady to the side while letting other people check out until items arrives? I mean, 0 sense. Love Zara stuff, but I will not be going to thins location again.

Your lines are way too long figure it out the self-checkouts good it's a little complicated most people don't want to use it don't know why so there was someone helping but not enough attention

Good sized store on 2 floors. Guy behind the counter helped us find our way, lady cashier- both were nice. Don't appreciate being charged 11 cents for a bag. That's something you should work into your pricing! Bought a dress at 70% off and was charged $2 more than what the price should've been, but didn't look at receipt until we left. Watch the prices at checkout and don't get their bag!
