Poor CS and return policy. I am never shopping there again. CS barley speaks English and policies are very unfriendly.

There was no one in the dressing room downstairs and so we got out of the line upstairs to go downstairs and keep things moving and then an employee wouldn’t let us join our friends who were already in the fitting room. I got out of theory minute line and she was extremely rude about it.

I bought a shirt from Zara and ripped first time I wore it. Came to Zara 4 times and always heard something new. This is the worst customer service you can get. I recommend being careful before buying an item. It’s the worst store ever
