This review comes somebody that WAS an Xfinity / Comcast customer for 25+ years but no longer. They are HORRIBLE! And this store is the icing on the cake. They lie to you. You can find better internet and cable elsewhere and save money doing it
IM SO HAPPY I MADE THE SWITCH FROM XFINITY! SAVING MONEY AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THATS A WIN!!

If I could give them a 0 star i would but i can’t .
The mobile network is awful, we took device and went to pay it in full after we cancelled the lines i ask the employee to double check if we are done with the payment the confirm but after that we were keep charged as a monthly payment.
Totally unacceptable and unprofessional we went to the facility just to make sure and double check that we have paid everything they give us two time false information.
Highly I don’t recommend them to all new customers that are concerned if they should use Xfinity.

Negative stars would be more appropriate. I switched my location of service and had to retune a piece of equipment. I went to this location and the "greeter" took my name and I was told it would be abut 25 or 30 minuets. I asked, just to return a modem? He (rudely) said yes. He then exclaimed you can leave it but you wont get a receipt. I said that's unacceptable, I don't want to be charged for this thing. He then said I could return it to FEDEX, yes he said FEDEX. I then left and to a fedEx location, waited in line there only to be told they do not take xfinity equipment. Now even more angry I retuned to the Xfinity location and told the same "greeter" that FedEx does not take xfinity equipment. With the most stupid look on his face he says" FedEx doesn't take them?? He then turns to a co-worker and asked him if Fedex takes retuned equipment. He said no, UPS does. with not so much as an apology he asks me if I would like to wait for an available agent. I said you have to be kidding. YOU send me on a wild goose chase and now want to put me on the waiting list to scan a SINGLE item for return. All the while the 2 "older" staff members are just off to the right listening to this transaction. You would one of them (who had no customers at the desk) would say "sorry for the trouble and the bad information" let me scan that modem for you" NO, they just stood there and did nothing. What horrible customer service. The manager of this location should be fired. And here's a tip. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!

The store itself is fine. But this is more a gripe with comcast. Went in to change the account to my wifes name since my mother in law passed and we were in and out in about 15 mins. Too good to be true. Came home and we lost access to hbo in the process and had to call the worst customer service line on the planet. Xfinity customer service.

I came in today to pay my bill and the employee savian comes up to me while I was asking the girl at the front for my account number. And he decided to give me a dirty look like if he wanted to fight me. So I left to the kiosk to pay my bill. And I couldn't unfortunately everyone was busy and had no choice but to ask him for help. When I did ask he told me to wait with an attitude like if I owe him money or something. He's is very disrespectful. I will like to report him to corporate can someone send me an email? .... Alonso had great customer service so did the girl at the front with the iPad. Came in at 430ish on June 5. I will not he disrespected like this I am long time customer.

If you were bait and switched on comcast online marketing, this store won't help you. They could care less about anyone's problems with their service.
I went in because I bought a plan over the phone but found out that I was lied to, and I'm not getting some credits for switching. I went to the store and they told me the computer doesn't show that so we can't help you. I brought in a transcript of the conversation and screen shots to back it up.
It's my fault for signing the contract just be careful out there and read every fine print. If it doesn't say anything about your credit or the price you agreed to they are lying to you.

Be careful when you try to get a new service from them they are giving you A little bit good price for the first year and the second year they bring you somewhere where you cannot afford that price.. and when you ask them, they simply cannot help you out.. left seven month service with them for sure going to move another good company

My home internet is turned off The internet on my Comcast mobile phone also turns off every 5 minutes for an additional 5 minutes. I've spent hours on the phone trying to get past their AI bots only to get through and the people tell me that everything seems to be okay. I've been a customer for 15 years and I have never had more unreliable home internet and mobile phones. This company does not value their customers. They take them for granted and they get there auto pay and run with it. They could care less if you're at home with no internet. Trying to get through on the phone for hours
