This is truly the USPS I’ve ever been to. I had trouble getting my fingerprints but both ladies there had so much patience with me and really tried everything what they can do to help me out for literally an hour and a half. And I eventually was able to get record from FBI within the day, thanks to the two best employees in this location. I can’t say enough how thankful I am for their persistence and service-mindedness. Thank you so much again!! You guys are the best!!

Stop by the Oak Brook Post Office today and saw the sign to celebrate zip code 60523. Stop in next Monday, June 5, 2023 (60523) help celebrate Oak Brook Day!

This post office is very poorly run. Almost everyone who works there is incompetent, lazy and doesn't respect the customers' time. The only exceptions are Youssuf and Mannish. Go at your own risk.

I was here to get some fingerprinting done, and there was a technical glitch with the software. Youssouf was extremely helpful getting everything sorted out and made some calls to the FBI on my behalf so that I could get everything straightened out without having to waste money starting a new application. Very much appreciated.

Clearly aren’t able to do their job correctly I have a package that apparently went through this post office. God forbid someone answer the phone here!!! Incompetent as h e double hockey sticks!

I needed to return a package after work. I googled and this was the closest Post Office from my job in Oak Brook. The view at this Post Office is nice. Pretty green grass. Just a little different from all the post office that I have visited. I was the second person in line and didn't think it would take long. There was only one person at the counter helping customers. I was waiting in line close to 25 minutes. The lady at the counter was taking her time and asking questions. I love kids but she had three small kids. They were climbing, running and screaming. The mother had no control of her kids. The fact that there was only one person at the counter. It just held up the line for others to be serviced.

Clerks here have serious attitude. Rude and condescending. Yusef tells you to do one thing, then claims he never said that. I wish we took a video of today’s conversation. Feels like third world country with this “customer service”.

Everyone is nice and friendly at this location. But the best one is Youssuf who's very helpful and fast. Amazing experience!
