On Black Friday, November 24th 2023 I came in to shop. I found a pair of gray lounging pants so I got in the line that wrapped around the entire store, I understand due to the Black Friday "deals" they claim to have. After about 45-60 minutes of waiting, keep in mind only 2 registers are open? My singular item cost 59.99 dollars, I decided to pay with a 100 dollar bill. The employee began to feel the bill/ examine it and called her manager over to take care of me - I had figured their was an issue with the large bill I provided so I offered to pay in 20's and the manager said they are not able to take my payment. She told me I would have to pay in a credit card? I scanned and pressed my bill and insisted they could not take my money... I asked why? I was given a blank stare and no response. Now I can tell you for a fact that my money is all real and well earned, trust. I see other costumers paying with cash and to refuse my payment is overall insulting, As a loyal customer of this location who often pays in cash and often visits I lost faith? I tend to look past because I do like the items they sell, now that I have been refused service I must say the layout is unconventional and cluttered! Piles on piles of 1 item, searching through over 30 copies of the same article just to recognize the lack of size inclusion. After quite literally digging through piles to find your size, A staff member is seen often behind you. I once was looking through the racks and noticed an employee follow me throughout the entire store from section to section "cleaning up" wherever I went when I properly cleaned up after myself thank you very much. I witnessed a woman ask an employee if they had any additional sizes because it seems to be a common struggle to find any sized other than XS,S,M and they replied with "No" and the woman asked if they could check in the back and the employee audibly said "Ugh" to the woman. I have been a very faithful customer for many years and I will continue to shop Urban Outfitters though I find it very hard to come back when I was refused service because of my age

The store is very much a mess. There is very much a sense of chaos in the air when going in. There is very much a lack of new items that other locations offer. It is larger but yet very small selection. Very lazy workers and have only really seen one girl do most of the work where others don't do much or nothing at all. Would go here for last resort.

This place is teen girl heaven. I'm an older dad. They needed more chairs :-) . But the place has a nice vibe anyway. And it's pretty big.

Good selection, but BOY was this place packed on Black Friday. We were still able to get our kids in there to shop, but the checkout line was 30 minutes long (not a complaint against the store.) They didn’t have all the sizes we were looking for, but overall this was a good store experience.
