I couldn’t connect to my internet for about 2 months. I requested for someone to come check it out and he did, but he didn’t know how to solve the issue. Then he said he would stop by again and then kept canceling and just never showed up. It took so long I eventually moved and switched providers.

This is a group of better than average technical employees being led by terrible management who have designed and executed a ridiculous systems approach we as customers and they as technical people have to live with. Note to potential customers (you hear me condos), stay away, you are not doing your residents any favors.

absolutely horrible customer service.very slow internet and little upgrade options.doesn't keep scheduled appts.
