Tommy Bahama Oak Brook - this store has enthusiastic and helpful sales people and very good merchandise. I found a jacket I loved, but they did not have my size. However, they ordered it for me and it was shipped free to my house in just a few days. Great service, would certainly shop there again.

I called them the day before a shopping trip with my niece to confirm they had dresses I saw online. Benny one of the associates, went above and beyond to assist!!!! He was able to pull the dresses and have them ready for me. He recommended shorts for my additionally picky husband. Happy to spend my money here at Tommy Bahama. Totally worth the 3.5 hour drive in. Thank you!

I recently shopped at the Tommy Bahama store in Oakbrook, Illinois. The agents were friendly and helpful. Great service helping find the right sizes and fits. The store was well stocked and had good displays.

Tommy Bahama Oakbrook:Nora went over and above taking care of my call while politely helping other customers in the store. She was extremely knowledgeable with sizes and fittings of Tommy Bahama chinos compared to another manufacturer's chinos. She advised me the other brand, same size, was a narrower cut than Tommy's chinos.I received the Tommy's chinos in the time promised and was thrilled with the fit.This the second time Nora assisted me on the phone where she set aside two Tommy polo's until we could get to the Oakbrook store. Like the previous time she was very polite and knowledgeable. Nora is a great asset to Tommy Bahama. Thank you.Team Member Mentioned (If applicable): Nora

I visited the T.B. Store at Oakbrook. As usual the service was fantastic, people were very friendly and the selection/choices you have there are endless! I had an exchange from a Christmas Present that was handled, no questions asked and exchanged for the correct size.... and of course I bought a few more "things" that I could not resist. I will be a Tommy Bahama Customer forever!

Walked in to buy a swimsuit. Passed 2 sales people (one male and one female) and no one spoke to me. Tried on the items that I found (still no salesperson) and took what I wanted to the sales counter (passing another salesperson). Once I set my items on the counter, the same sales person I had just passed with no interaction whatsoever, asked me if I was ready to check out. He became very friendly at that point. The whole experience made me feel like I was just an easy sales commission that he earned with absolutely no work on his part. With just a little effort on their part, either salesperson could have earned a commission and I could have walked out with a positive review instead of a negative feeling.

The staff was so friendly, helpful, and fun! When we sought their advice, suggestions by the staff were spot on!! We felt like celebrities after leaving the store! Kudos to Mike and Colleen and the rest of the staff. My husband and I look forward to shopping at Tommy Bahama in the near future.

On 12/02/2022 I stop in the Oak Brook store to look around, I had a $50.00 off coupon and I noticed an $50.00 off any purchase over $167.00. I asked the employee at the counter if I can use both discounts and both employees said yes. I go back to the store 12/10/2022 and purchased two items at $132.00 for a total of $264.00 when I got home I checked my receipt and noticed I was only given the $50.00 off. I went back to the store on 12/11/2022 and said I was missing the other $50.00 off. The employee said the other $50.00 was to get you back in the store on January, I was not told this up front and nothing was said anything about coming back. I ended unreturning both items and left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Tommy Bahama's is a happy, friendly shopping experience. The clothing is high quality with beautiful colors everywhere. The staff is helpful and sincerely enjoy helping you as a customer. I joyfully give this store and shopping experience 5 stars and will return to shop there again and again.
