My husband took my jewelry (multiple pieces) in to be cleaned. He was told it would take 10 days. 6 weeks later, I've not heard a peep from them and can't get through to the store. Calls are sent to a call center that can't help me. I'll be making a trip into the store this weekend, and my jewelry had better be ready. This is absurd. Zero service whatsoever.

Been coming here for years now. This Tiffany & Co. team use to be nice. But not anymore. They don’t even smile in the back department where you drop the jewelry off to be cleaned. Or maybe they just be racist. I don’t know. But it’s never a friendly greet when I enter the back. Walking in security does speak and that’s who welcome you. The turn around for your jewelry is even longer now and when mines do come back it just look like they sprayed it with something because it still doesn’t be clean and it look even duller than when I brung it in. Ridiculous. So NO I would never recommend Tiffany’s in Oakbrook anymore. The one downtown is better and they’re much friendlier.

The fourth time I’ve had to come here in seventh months. What a scam. They make cheap jewelry then think customers are on the hook for repairs every few months

The worst possible customer service at this location. First walking in no one wants to help. The staff is very rude and rushes you out. The service counter is again rude. They don’t really know what they are doing. They are not helpful. They will lose your items. The declining customer service at Tiffany makes me not to purchase anything ever again from them. I had my bracelet being fixed since April it is now July. The lack of communication at this store makes everything fall apart. The staff is terrible.

Love this location! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I got my fiances engagement ring and now both of our wedding rings! Ask for Kelli she the best!! Love working with her!! She helped throughout the whole process, and I couldn't be happier!

Do NOT buy jewelry from here. Got the classic two heart necklace. Immediately Tarnished and got scratched EVERYWHERE. I come back to the store and return for a more expensive necklace with one heart so it would be less likely to scratch. Paid $600 for a new necklace. This necklace immediatelySmudged tarnished right away again. For a designer brand this is not okay. I barely can wear the necklace because anytime I do it will tarnish and scratch. As a young girl I’ve always dreamed of owning Tiffany. The quality is absolutely trash. I do not shower with it, I take it off before sleep. Even with that so much damage to the necklace. Women to women for $600 go to Louis Vuitton. I do not mind spending money if it’s quality. Stay away absolutely horrible quality. Go to with swavorvski. I buy designer and have never experienced such bad quality. STAY AWAY. I was thinking about getting my wedding ring from here. This is unacceptable $600 for a necklace you can’t wear bc it will tarnish.

Sent a bracelet in for repair over a month ago. The service department called and told me they couldn’t fix it which was fine. But still have yet to receive any correspondence from the store if my bracelet has arrived.

It's my first time entering the store and it was absolutely disappointing. The gentleman at the door was bubbly and welcoming and that's about it. I was really excited to come to the store and wanted to get an online order exchange for different size, which is a very easy task to understand or to be handled. But the saleswoman who was talking to me didn't seem like having her best day, after I explained to her why I came in and she just started to walk to a counter and got rid of the delivery ? packing for me stuff and told me to go to another counter to look for the products. I followed her and she started to look for sizes under the counters by herself, barely communicating and I didn't get a whole connection or service like I expected. Not even offering to try different sizes to figure out what my real size is? And obviously she didn't have the sizes I was looking for, then she finally started to look for inventory on the computer. A simple question is: wasn't it easier to look up inventory first before you go through all the drawers to try to find a specific style or SKU? Then she told me we would have to order it online for exchange, but I need to pay for the tax difference for the order exchange. Why should I pay extra than my original purchase to get exactly the same thing ? I was not sure why it could be such a hassle. I just feel I really had higher expectations and I feel this was not a good experience at all.
