Ordered a hot tub, was delivered and I asked if it was ready to go and response was yes. Then realized electric cord was too short. Called Great Escape and they wanted $259.00 to move it 10 inches. Horrible!!

Our experience with the great escape as newbies into the pool world it's been great, just last night we were there again to buy some things we needed, and Evan was outstanding, I ask him for some education about the chemicals for the pool, and he took the time to go over everything with us, and also helped my husband with some questions he had about the heater. We will be long time customer for sure. Great customer service, great experience so far!.

Found a perfect outdoor sofa set and was so impressed with the staff at the Oak Brook store. Cory in particular was very accommodating with our challenging delivery needs. The customer service we've received has been exceptional.

Great escape was wonderful to deal with. We purchased a 9 piece patio table and chairs and our salesperson, Cory, was a pleasure to deal with. With the sale going on through the end of March we got a good deal!!

Great Escape in Oakbrook is quite the store! They have everything you could possibly need and want. Our salesman, Cory, was and is the go to guy! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and above all patient!! Really patient!! Can’t say enough about the service we received from Cory. Awesome! Love the quality of our patio furniture, fire pit table, chairs, and incredible lighting. All wrapped up in one store! Thank you Great Escape and Cory!! Priceless!

I made a substantial purchase of patio furniture from the Oak Brook store Sept 2023. The salesperson’s name is Anthony.Anthony showed me the furniture they had, answered my questions, and gave me some breathing room to shop.He also followed up with some minor help that I needed after the sale. Great job! Highly recommend!

Great company to deal with. They have great employees that take the time to answer any questions you may have to make the whole process painless and easy. Evan was my pool guy and so great to deal with. I only shop The Great Escape and will continue to shop the Oak Brook location!!

We bought our above ground pool 2 years ago, and a week ago we had some issues with our filter system and the pool being very cloudy. Raymond not only showed me what I needed but walked me through the whole process once I got home. He was very responsive , knowledgeable and very patient with me. I would definitely go to Raymond if you have any questions about buying a pool, keeping up with it or anything related to a pool.

We come in practically weekly to the Oak Brook location. Brad is incredibly knowledgeable as well as every other employee in the store. We live near a different location but choose to go to this store for supplies and advice since each associate is happily willing to come and assist us every single time we come in. We are grateful for the assistance. Each employee has made owning a pool feel like a piece of cake.

My husband and I had an exemplary experience when we purchased our new hot tub. our salesperson Evan was amazing. He is kind competent and committed to service. He even came to our home to install our cover because the delivery crew could not do it. I hope the company knows how lucky they are to have Evan. He is triple A plus. The tub is amazing too It melts all your aches and pains away. Thank you Evan
