Blair was a great representative of the brand, knowledgeable and spoke from personal experience, which was helpful to hear from someone with years of wearing them. Friendly, the best customer service I’ve had for a long time!

The staff here were awesome, I have bigger feet so I typically cab only shop online but the staff helped me find a pair of boots that not only fit me but looked great. Thank you so much for the help

I had the best experience! Alisa was SO helpful, she suggested a really great pair of boots, set me up with insoles and helped me pick a pair of laces. She even switched the laces out for me! Thank you Alisa for going the extra mile! This was customer service at it's finest.
