While I love my new bed, the manager Gary was not helpful and / or responsive when I needed to have the delivery team to return to adjust the height. I had to work with a local store out of state where I had moved who was not involved in the purchase. They were much more responsive and able to resolve the issue.

Gary was nice and helped me find the mattress and pillow of my dreams. I didn't end up buying it at the Oak Brook store and opted for the Mattress Firm in my neighborhood as it was more convenient, but he helped me inform an important decision nonetheless.
