Paola was extremely rude. I’ve been to this store three times and every single time she’s been terrible. She’s extremely pushy and discourages you from trying things on. If I’m going to pay over $300 for a pair of earrings, I have every right to take my time to try them on! She also didn’t seem to want to answer any questions and wouldn’t tell me the pricing for some items unless she was ringing them up for purchase. (She might also be allergic to smiling.) I won’t be coming to Swarovski anymore as I’ve noticed it’s a trend for their sales reps to be condescending with such negative and unwelcoming demeanors. David yurman was right across and much nicer and welcoming - they’ve got my business!

It feels like a waste of time writing this review because no matter how many times people complain about the manager Elizabeth, she’s still the manager from the last 20 years (she told me that twice with an attitude that a store owner would have, so maybe she owns the store as well). Well Swarovski, if you’re listening, she’s not an invaluable asset who’s bringing customers to you. In fact you lost some very valuable customers who were shopping for a wedding, starting off with a 2000$ lab created diamond ring. Her behavior was rude, unprofessional, unwelcoming, judgmental, dramatic and borderline racist. A manager for 20 years should know that a size 53 ring is available(even if it is online) and the company’s return policies. Or she should be able to identify that the ring was in fact a diamond ring instead of judging a person by their skin color or their clothing or whatever scale she chose to judge with and conclude that we couldn’t afford a diamond ring and that it couldn’t be returned because I had it on my finger (for half a day).A friendly advice for anyone who is a loyal customer, shop online, read all the return and exchange policies of the company (so that you’re not misguided) and save yourself from the unpleasant experience and harassment we faced. Dollar store has a better customer service and Swarovski can do better.

I was just there to pick up an order I placed online, and I also looked around, found a few things that I liked, so I bought them. Jenna helped me with my purchases. She was very helpful and very nice. Any questions that I had she had an answer or a solution for me. The experience I had was a very pleasant one and I am planning on coming back to this location in the future.

I would like to acknowledge an employee who was very sweet and simply wonderful. Thank you so much to Amily! As soon as I walked in the door she greeted me with her beautiful smile. She then asked if there was anything in particular that I was shopping for and I said "yes earrings" she then pointed me in the direction of the earrings and showed what she had available. I fell in love with 2 pairs of earrings because of her showing me the complete asymmetrical trendy look. Once that was shown then I was completely sold. She also helped me remove my precious earring that I was wearing and helped me put on the earrings I purchased. I felt like she was my older sister helping me get dressed. I loved every minute of it and I wanted to thank you again for your kindness. There isn't that many people left in this world with a heart full of gold. ?You are the best Amily! I would highly consider shopping at this Swarovski location and ask for Amily. ;))

The lady working today when I picked up my online order was incredibly rude. I was going to look around and shop more after getting my order but due to her attitude and terrible customer service I decided not to. I will not be coming back to this store. It also after looking at other reviews, it doesn’t look like I’m the only one who thought this! DO BETTER!!

There’s a young woman I met last night during my visit to this store with my family who had the absolute most disgusting personality. She was extremely rude. I asked if it was possible to swap out my bracelet for a newer one as the one I currently have is a bit worn down and has lost its shine. I’ve had it replaced in the past a different location and received wonderful service. But last night? The lady’s body language was alarming and it was obvious she didn’t want to be bothered. She rolled her eyes whenever I asked a question and was even rude to my mother. This was around 7:30-8 PM so if you’re reading this, you know exactly who I’m talking about. She was the evening closer. She should lose her job if she doesn’t know how to talk to people and have a personality. She’s lucky I didn’t ask for her name.

First of all, i loved the jewelry it was so perfect and just what i wanted but i’m leaving a review for one of the employees her name is Jenna she was so so sweet, she gave me so much information and let me try on everything i wanted then, she cleaned my already existing jewelry that i got from there and gave me tips on how to keep it clean and shiny, and lastly when she noticed one of the necklaces i had bought from there were missing jewels, she gave me a brand new one instead of the old one. overall her attitude and personality was very caring and sweet. she made my whole day!!! Thank you Jenna you’re an angel :))

I have to say that the manager at OAK BROOK ILLINOIS SWAROVSKI (Liz) an older lady with short blond hair and glasses, I felt violated of my defamation of character I was returning an item and they did not seem happy with that. She looked up my customer number and this is where she really laid it in asking if I remember her and I said NO she said it several times and she then told me I was memorable as I almost made her lose her job. Not sure what she is saying as she is still the manager and was very rude a few years back after I saw the person she became in this instant I did remember. She embarrassed me in front of her other 4 employees and kept going. This should be not allowed and when I went back to ask her what her name was she said I called security, I thought maybe she called on herself as I didn't do anything. OAK BROOK ILLINOIS manager should not be. able to treat customers like this. If this is who they make a manager at SWAROVSKI OAK BROOK ILLINOIS they may need to do an inside investigation on this employee

I went in to change the ring that my husband got me for our anniversary. It got a couple of scratches but it was under the warranty.It was my first time at this location so I was ready for an awesome treatment as always. How disappointing it was to meet lady Elisabeth! She was rude, unprofessional, unpleasant, and just disrespectful. She yelled at me that I didn’t take proper care of the ring (mind you it was in my possession only for 2 months and it’s not my first jewelry from Swarowski) Then she snatched the ring out of my hand and asked her assistant to look for it. The girl that was helping her out was trying her best to make me feel better, but I was so incredibly disappointed that it didn’t help. Swarowski please do better! Don’t let this lady be near the customer.

Elizabeth and Jana were a pleasure to work with. They were very knowledgeable and made the experience tons of fun. Will be back for more sparkle
